Larger predators have larger home ranges and the idea that an organism the size of a human would (which would necessarily be a species of them otherwise it would be one, very quickly extinct cryptid) would be able to occupy the pacific northwest and never encounter humans is ridiculous. Bears and the like consistently wander into human areas looking for easy food. Why would a bigfoot, something probably much smarter than any other animal, not go for easy scraps over foraging and hunting?
