The camera is easy. High framerate rigs are readily available now for purchase and rental. The real challenge with a shot like that is the rotating mirror assembly required, and the operator who knows enough about the weapons platform and can do the math necessary to calculate the rate of rotation required to maintain tracking on the projectile with a given distance, angle of incidence and lens length.
