Alright, give me some advice.
If I become a physics teacher and have a nice 4 bed barratt in a cheaper area (like newcastle) within the next few years, at about 24 years old. I've worked out I should have about £1k a month for bills, car, food and leisure which imo is very comfortable.
Alternatively I can pursue the childhood dream of medicine. Academics are very easily good enough even for grad entry, but I realistically wouldn't be able to settle down, stop studying or have much free time until.... 35 yo. I'm really, really fucking struggling to decide if it's worth it, it makes me really insecure buying a house that late when friends will likely start buying theirs and working proper jobs within the next few months. On the other hand, it's definitely my "dream job".
Which role should I apply for?
And don't cast me as an accountant or similar, the only jobs I like the look of are teacher, police or military (which I'd be medically barred from)
