While races are ambiguous in Dune, there are descriptions of some of the characters and bloodlines. Atreides are black haired, Greek/Roman types. Jessica is a red head beauty, Harkonnen. As I said above, Liet-Kynes has blonde hair and Chani red. Leto II and Ghanima would at worst be olive skinned whites.
