Why is food in movies so memorable

Thank God for corona virus. Unironically.
Whoever finds a cure for it will earn themselves a first class ticket to hell.

When I was a kid all movie food looked so good becuse it was always the kind of stuffy parents would usually let me eat or stuff I had no idea how to make or where to get it. Watching stuff as an adult the movie food don’t look so good to me now cuz it always has the fake movie look where it won’t look like real food lol I dunno it just ain’t the same

those sausages don't look very dreamy. they don't belong.

Food should be a performance art, it's not about taste

IF IT'S SUPPOSED TO BE PANCAKES WHY THE FUCK DOES SHE KEEP SEPARATING IT

Because everybody has to shit and eat but its more enjoyable to watch them eat.

Also what a character eats can tell you a lot about them. Food is very important in movies and television. It humanises characters, makes them relatable and tells you something about them.

Those eggs are going to be carbonized by the time the steak is done

Food in movies and commercials had too much influence on me as a kid and turned me into a food obsessed fatso I am today. I should be able to sue Hollywood for ruining my heath
