I may not like the look of the cartoon and I'll never watch it, but as a marketer it's a good attempt at reaching out to your target demographic. You don't see adults getting into WH40K, it's adult who were exposed to Warhammer when they were teens and young adults. A cartoon is a lot less risky then a fucking multi million dollar video game that flops.
It's definitely easier to attract kids to the series compared to adults, so I'll applaud this.
