Exactly, so Lalo knows that there are two parties.
One party is attempting to keep Lalo in jail, another is attempting to get him out of jail and get him to go to Mexico. Lalo can come to several conclusions from this. Lalo knows that the party that wants him out of prison cannot be an ally of his because they would tell Lalo that his lawyer has been ambushed, so therefore he can make some conclusions.
Overall this would point out that Gus is one of these parties. If Lalo is extra smart he could figure out that Gus is the party that saved Jimmy because Lalo is still causing damage whilst he’s in jail, therefore he could assume that Gus would simply want him in Mexico and not just in jail.
Lalo has a shit ton of stuff he can pull from this.

The funny thing is that Lalo is probably going to come from the same realization both from jimmy and kim lying to him and everything that kim said about him not having his house in order if the only person he could trust with 7 million was a shitty tv lawyer. That's why he's going straight to mexico with nacho. He knows he has to find someone he can trust.
