The dude who directed The Godfather made this piece of shit?
The dude who directed The Godfather made this piece of shit?
This shit was enjoyable stop being a queer
This is a beautiful movie and if you know anything about movies it's also a very well made one. It's far more restrained, confident and deliberate than Coppola's earlier masterpieces like Apocalypse Now and The Rain People.
>SIMPLE JACK
the ending made me tear up
So glad to see appreciation of this touching film.
he even casted Bill Cosby the monster
It’s kino
Fuck off zoomer
I see this in theaters.
I was thinking about Adam Sandler
why isnt coppola making new flicks
he turned into a vintner primarily and a filmmaker secondarily shortly after Apocalypse Now
I’m not. It fucking sucks sweaty balls
Kill yourself zoomer scum
...isn't it a bit weird for the young and hot mom to play contact games with a grown up man....
thats fine. been awhile since his last one tho.
>I suck balls all day just because I like it so much
Are you a child? What is there not to like about this film?
It's her child you dolt, he's 10 years old. Corrupted sexual thoughts overcoming innocent appreciation for life as one ages is a major theme of the film, it seems you have fallen for that trap just like Louis predicted.
The highschool graduation was kinda sad
it was awful, stop taking it up the ass for a living
It's great you faggot
I took a huge shit today that was equally as restrained, confident and deliberate. Staring into the toilet bowl was a strikingly similar experience to watching Jack
Checked
Neither of you are able to give a single reason you dislike the film you are being ridiculous. You don't even know what restrained means in terms of cinema if you don't see how it applies to Jack.
I wanted to like it, but he was just annoying.
>The movie is good! You don't even know why it's good. Me? Explain why it's good? Hah, pleb, you wouldn't understand anyway.
>Robin Williams
>Diane Lane
>Jennifer Lopez
>Bill Cosby
>Fran Drescher
>Chuck McGill from BCS
>Jussie Smollett's sister
>Nicolas Cage's brother
Jeez, what a random cast!
...you telling me you are innocent at heart when you saw his mom?...
You didn't ask me to explain why it was good. But I asked you to explain why it was bad. Anyway it is a very well made film. The dialogue is very sharp and natural (Note the dialogue during the basketball game, "I want to be a gynecologist", Louis' conversation with Jack about his mother), the camerawork is kinetic and immersive, as is the sound design (Note the scene where Jack talks to his teacher during recess and feeds her a candy), and overall it's just a really powerful movie. There's sincere pathos to almost every scene, the kids are shown to be complex and intelligent in a way that is realistic and goes beyond the portrayal of most kids in movies (The first close-up of Louis in the classroom emotionally conveys exactly who he is before he even has to say anything). After that I'd have to just talk about individual aspects, point them out to you and ask how they make you feel. Did Jack's scifi-esque birth not convincingly convey Jack's isolation from the world? Was Jack and his mother playing in their house not beautiful to you? What about Louis' essay at the end? Jack's mother's expression and reaction when Louis shows up to their house? Jack and his tutor's loving relationship?
I never knew of this and i never even watched it but thsi film is garbage
does he die at the end, I forgot about this piece of shit except for the graduation speech when he looks like 40-50 years old
>knowing this much about the movie Jack
yikes. maybe you should have sex. let me tell you why one of my favorite movies is The Final Cut.
