I'd watch Castle of Cagliostro first. It's most people's introduction to Lupin. Then I'd just go in release order starting form the beginning if you want to watch everything. It's mostly episodic so you can start watching from anywhere if you want to watch the newer stuff. The only exception is that two movies are connected and should be watched in the proper order.
