Why did Mike bitch about Walt not wanting to stay employed under Gus Fring...

Why did Mike bitch about Walt not wanting to stay employed under Gus Fring? Did he forget that Walt had a cartel hit on him because he was involved in Tuco's death? And why the hell wouldn't Mike hand over the list of names to Walt? The 9 guys in prison would 100% roll without the money and it would endanger everyone, including Mike's granddaughter. This was some shoddy writing in this scene to give Walt an excuse to off Mike.

yeah Mike's speech doesn't make sense. it wasn't really Walt's pride or ego that led him to save Jesse from those dealers, and that's what started the conflict with Gus in the first place

Cuz he had a guy and HE. IS. NOT. THE. GUY.

>Did he forget that Walt had a cartel hit on him because he was involved in Tuco's death?
Wrong. It was pushed to Isaac.
>And why the hell wouldn't Mike hand over the list of names to Walt?
He didn't want them to die.
>The 9 guys in prison would 100% roll without the money and it would endanger everyone, including Mike's granddaughter.
Huh? Endanger her how? The money was gone, Mike was on the run, the only thing in danger was name dropping Mike and Walt. She was never in any danger, just her illegal trust.
>This was some shoddy writing in this scene to give Walt an excuse to off Mike.
No, you're just literally retarded.

The cartel and the Salamancas were literally all dead and blown up you stupid faggot.

Mike has always been so hard headed and once his mind is made up its made up.

Has he ever ONCE changed his mind.

He is the literal embodiment of the boomer mentality:
>"Tough luck, this is how it goes regardless of consequences."
>"I've put my foot down."
>"I don't care..."
>"No excuse."
>"Bootstraps"
>"There's always another way."
>"WUHLTUH"
>etc...

This has been proved in BB and BCS repeatedly.

And he's usually right. So...?

Brainlets.

The 9 guys wouldn’t even be an issue because they were employed by Gus. And Mikes pissed because Walt, for how smart he is at chemistry, doesn’t have much crime organizations skills but has been pretty lucky so far (“he’s the devil, yo. Whatever you think is gonna happen, the exact opposite happens”)

Everything Walt’s done is excessive. He so wrapped up about how smart he is that he doesn’t think about all the other smart people around him that allow his product to be profitable, so every time he “takes care of a situation” it’s never in line with his partners plans, but is instead just selfish attempt to save his ass. Like Mike says, had he just kept his head down and cooked, he would have made plenty of money.

you didn't dispute my point at all, retard. how was saving Jesse and running over the dealers selfish?

If he just kept his head down and cooked he would have been killed and replaced

Have you watched the show? Maybe it’s not a trend yet, but eventually it should be apparent that Walt does things for Jesse maybe not because Jesse isn’t the only person he can trust but because he still thinks little of him and can force him partake in whatever his own plans are

Wrong? That's cope. Isaac lived, and when Gus found out Isaac was using Walt to spy on Gus he tried to get Jesse to his side so he can brainwash him into accepting the need to kill Walt.

Would he have? Is that why Gus killed Victor after victor demonstrated he knew how to cook?

Gus only uses pros in his lab; Gale, Walt, Max; all guys with degrees in chemistry. Gus is a corporate type more than anything else. It’s like replacing you head chef with the janitor becuase he memorized some recipes.

I think Jesse says Gale was a once in a lifetime cook for Gus, just like Walt. To replace Walt, he’d either fund a new student to go to college or hope that a well educated person was willing to break bad

Citation needed.

Sure, but getting Hank hit nudged him to investigate Fring harder and involve Walt in it so Gus wanted Walt gone. It's a direct consequence of the original cartel hit on Walt.

reddit tier show

It's in the fourth season, man. Gomey goes out to the laundromat with a sniffer dog and Jesse and Tyrus are downstairs in the lab, and Gus calls Jesse and tells him all this is because of Walt and how he hopes Jesse sees that he needs to go.

bump

He decided to work with Walt and Jesse after previously declining their offer.

No, it was genuinely great. A show like Legion is peak Reddit.

Mike is still just a guy with his own flaws and biases. The Fring situation was a great deal for him. He was never in danger of being replaced, Fring knew he was a pro and even if Mike fucked off and retired to nowhere one day he'd never talk. Walt on the other hand was always in danger. A suburban father of two in a shit marriage with deep-rooted resentment/ego problems whose only value to the operation was his chemistry knowledge. Even the deal that Fring initially offered Walt (I think it was $3 million for 3 months of work) was never going to last. Sure, maybe Walt's family got some or even all of that money, but Walt himself would not be left alive. Gayle and Jessie were far more stable options, the only issue was copying Walt's formula, at the end of the day Walt isn't a magician, just a good chemist, if you just write down exactly what he does anyone with a chemistry background could repeat his work.

>The 9 guys wouldn’t even be an issue because they were employed by Gus.
holy shit, brainlet yourself mate. Gus was dead at that point, the lawyer feeding money to the inmates' families was caught and he was ready to squeal, everything was gonna come undone.

>"Walter, did I ever told about the time I had to cross the desert with Saul carrying 7 million dollars in cash while being chase by the cartel? Also, Saul had to drink his own piss"

>He was a good friend.

>Why did Mike bitch about Walt not wanting to stay employed under Gus Fring
>Gus was dead at that pint

Well you see, pal, if Gus was still alive, none of t his would matter, and the 9 guys wouldn't be a problem. Dont see the confusion here
brother.

Walt had to kill Gus because Gus wanted Walt dead, that's why Gus was grooming Gale and then Jesse to cook Walt's formula solo.

Gus only wanted to kill Walt because Walt had proven himself to be unreliable time and time again. Mike was right, they all had an easy life but Walt had to go and fuck it up.

That's the entire reason they kill Gale.

fuck off newfag
>”ooohhhh maybe if i call this popular tv show reddit tier then i’ll fit in”
Kys

Victor was killed because he was witnessed at the scene of gales murder. If Walt kept his head down and cooked Hank would have been killed which wasn't acceptable for him.

mike didn't want to hand over the list because they were his guys. he wanted to keep paying them because that was probably a part of the deal they set up when they first starting working for him. they keep their mouth shut as long as they get paid. i don't think he really cared that their loyalty was bought, just that he thought it was fair.
walt caused a lot of unnecessary drama for gus. when gus took walt out to the desert and threatened him, walt changed what gus said. gus said he would kill walts family if walt interfered, it was a a warning. walt then changed what gus said to 'he's going to kill my family' because walt wanted an excuse to get rid of him

Except Gus was going to kill Hank because he knew too much.

Gus did want to kill Walt but after gale died he couldn't. The reason Walt had to kill Gus was because Gus was going to kill Hank.

yea he said he was going to get rid of hank, but after gus let walt go walt ran to saul and told him that gus was going to kill his entire family
