Unlike WW2 the warring parties of WW1 did not hate each other, doesn't even matter which side they were on. There are thousands of testimonies of soldiers empathizing with the guys on the other side of the trench and realizing that they are just lowly grunts thrown into a meat grinder like themselves. They shot at each other in November and played soccer together at Decembre. POWs were almost always treated well by basically every nation be it Germans, Austrians, Russians, French or Brits. And this is exactly why this scene of a German soldier kamikaze stabbing a Brit who just saved his life is bullshit. Completely asymptomatic for the war.
But I guess a nation that is in the process of turning into a caliphate really needs >we wuz good lads n shiet propaganda movies to get through the cognitive dissonance every day.
shit movie, i'd rather have trench foot for two hours just to see what that was like.

Director is a kike, what do you expect but the pathological anti-Germanism that's in the blood of every jew?

To be fair I’d be pretty stomping mad if I had just been shot down
Jace Price
I usually double-check the director before i watch a kino for this precise reason but somehow this one slipped past me
The scene made perfect sense in hindsight though when i looked him up
Landon Thompson
But why would you be mad at the people that pulled you out of your burning wreck
John Jenkins
>And this is exactly why this scene of a German soldier kamikaze stabbing a Brit who just saved his life is bullshit. Yep. Hollywood is retconning WWI to make it seem like Germans were always nazis. They did the same thing in the Wonder Woman movie. Lol, WW1 totally had nazis, right? I'm a zoomer and I don't know my own history.
Tyler Morris
because they expected one of us on the wreckage, brother
Jeremiah Young
Would you be so mad that you sacrificed your own life to stab the two boys who saved you? That's something only a Jihadi would do and I am not even sure about that.
Lucas Murphy
i think its visually a very nice movie. but thats about it. the main actor does a good job.
but the movie has the same problems every war movie has. the main guy got some thick fucking plot armour. germans within 500 miles of him suddenly cant hit a barn.
Cooper Martinez
The Jewish intervention in the Treaty of Versailles led to WW2, Nazism, and now, the slow extinction of the white race. They are masters at the long game.
Henry Murphy
even if in general the soldiers didn't hate each other, there had to be the exceptions who were blinded by nationalism and the bullshit that there generals fed them. In this case one of these exceptions could've been the pilot. The pilot might also not have been in the best state of mind after being shot down
Lucas Adams
Damn...
Kevin Davis
Yeah this scene and the random browns really stuck out. Pilots in WW1 were aristocrats fighting their own battles, even if he were to be captured to be questioned I doubt he would have shot the two guys saving him from an agonizing death. Shame cause the rest of the movie is excellent.
John Wilson
I am pretty sure there was a single pedophile British soldier as well. Millions of people were involved after all. So in my next totally accurate WW1 I swear guys movie I will make the scene of a British soldier raping a child in France the central scene of my narration.
William Adams
>And this is exactly why this scene of a German soldier kamikaze stabbing a Brit who just saved his life is bullshit. As if there weren't plenty of cases of both kinds
Brayden Peterson
This is why I hate New war movies about the world wars. They attempt to just pull the GOOD GUYS vs EVIL NAZIS card even when it's the wrong war.
William Lee
I always interested as more a matter of the guy was in shock and just lounging out at enemy Soldiers. Only seconds before he'd crashed and been on fire. He's not thinking logically, he's in desperation mode.
Liam Lewis
Jewish influence goes back way before Versailles. Jewry was hedging their bets between Germany and Britain in WW1. It was only after Britain agreed to invade Turkey and the Middle East to establish a Jewish state that the Jews threw their weight behind Britain.
It's all detailed in the Balfour Declaration.
Luke Foster
pozzed trash
Christian Myers
The movie was not anti german. You're all fucking stupid. Fucker just got shout out of the sky, was ON FIRE, and was being dragged around by enemy soldiers. He probably wasn't even lucid when he stabbed the guy. The reason that the movie didn't have a scene where they directly addressed the audience and went "germans are people too btw dont hold this against them" is because most people already fucking know that. God i hate all of you.
Isaiah James

Michael Anderson
i regret to inform you that in ww2 everybody on both sides was also conscripted. no different from ww1. take your band of brothers melancholic trumpet apple pie bullshit and fuck off
Nicholas Young
Anglocentrism is just another word for philosemitism at this stage.
Dylan Ross
You overestimate the education and intelligence levels of American Zoomers.
Mason Sanders
It is you intellectually dishonest faggot. There are already several newspapers who cited this scene as symptomatic 'evidence' about the nature of war and the German soldier. German WW1 soldiers are portrayed as proto-nazis in several blockbuster movies now, I am sure that is all 'mere coincidence' because the audience knows better.
I talked to my British friends and they were completely surprised that British soldiers had quite good survival chances in German captivity during WW2 because they only got educated through movies.
Elijah Jackson
Btw I got temporary banned globally for this thread because it was 'trolling'. /his/ is a bigger political echo chamber than Yas Forums and their fragile egos can't even handle counter arguments while they make threads about the genocide of Germans every hour.
Levi Morris
Just so we're clear, OP, you're saying no two parties have ever felt animosity towards each other during a war?
Colton Williams
>Just so we're clear, OP, you're saying no two parties have ever felt animosity towards each other during a war? Just so we're clear, your reading comprehension is really low?
