I honestly feel like there would be people that legitimately would miss the experiance of browsing blockbuster on friday nights and would make it a routine again. Especially since netflix has a major issue with not having shit all on their service now except for their horrible original content.

I liked going there and looking at all the PlayStation 1 games, everything was so new at the time and getting games was rare, so seeing all these games right in front of me was really cool. I miss going there and buying Yu-Gi-Oh cards too, I remember renting Mega Man legends, still one of my favorite games to this day

The video mega marts are never coming back but maybe your city has an independent video store or two? This one still operates in my neighborhood. When I was a kid I used to go here play with the dog that was always hanging in the store and rent something like Ilsa She Wolf of the SS from their cult section. Good memories.
