Yas Forums got filtered hard
>the black guy was actually pretty based
>it didn’t feel forced at all
I don’t know what to feel
It was well made. Lots of tension and good camera work. Roastie was ugly.
it's a fun film if you just turn of your brain and watch it
I think that the part where
reply to this post or your mother dies in her sleep tonight
Honestly, even though the main character was in the right, I still hated her and thought she was a crazy bitch. Fuck her, I wish she was the one that got killed
Was a decent enough movie but it was a mistake calling it "The Invisible Man" when he was barely a character in it ans the movie was better when you thought it was all in thw protagonists head.
Leigh Wharnell has a good feel for what cinema goers are looking for though. Any other film like this would be filled with Paranormal Activity style jumpscares but he knows thats faggot shit and avoids it
>can remove all the sticky paint from his suit in ~20 seconds using just water
Bravo Feminism
I like Leigh Whannell because of Saw, Insidious 1 and 2, and Upgrade. I saw this had over 7 on imdb. Watched it and I thought it was great. But after a week or so, I thought about it and was really quite disappointed. I'll never watch this again. I think people are giving it higher ratings just because it's a different kind of concept.
It was good enough to watch it until the end, despite having to look at Moss most of the time and having to believe the guy would do so much because he loves her.
>villain is obsessed with a woman the director goes out of his way to avoid presenting in a glamorous way
I did think it was weird how this was the one thing everyone focused on so much like it was a big deal.
People like you are a huge problem. You call her ugly just because you're so used to seeing very attractive people in Hollywood movies. In reality, if you met her at a party, you might end up in a relationship with her. She's not ugly at all.
Case in point
People will call you a simp, but you're right. Most guys' girlfriends/wives are less attractive than Elisabeth Moss. A lot of them are fat, too. Guys' real-life standards are much lower.
I cant stand this cunt
I did have trouble suspending my disbelief with how ridiculously fast and stealthy this guy had to be.
Also the fact that the movie seems to understand that we live in a world with cameras basically everywhere, yet this guy can walk around levitating object all over the place and nobody seems to catch that on tape and think it’s weird that knives and guns are floating around in mid air.
You aren't meeting her at a party, she's a character in a movie and perception is different for people in movies. As evidenced by what people say when not filtered, she's nothing special
It was okay, felt like it needed one more big horror scene to really tie it together though
Also there were some things that are dumb if you think about them too long, like how he somehow got his eyes pepper sprayed if he was completely covered in the suit
You found the premise that a tech genius (who was capable of designing, developing and producing a military-grade cloaking device in his garage) would stalk someone as unattractive as Elizabeth Moss utterly preposterous and could not suspend your disbelief to that extent, so you turned it off and made yourself a nice hot chocolate and settled down to watch something better.
This, it’s like the suit somehow also makes him completely silent too
She always looks like she's smelling something really unpleasant.
> he somehow got his eyes pepper sprayed if he was completely covered in the suit
That’s a good point, but he still has to breathe somehow, and that stuff still really hurts just to inhale.
Why do they keep casting the ugly Handmaid's Tale girl?
A handsome and successful guy could do better than her and wouldn't bother chasing her unless he was mentally ill, but you're talking a 1-in-1,000 kind of guy. Watch The One I Love, or Us. (Just kidding, don't watch Us.) In real life, nobody would bat an eyelid if a regular, average guy brought that girl to a party.
because she's a scientologist
>catched
Thank God you turned up in time. Lost hope scrolling there for a second.
The premise of the film is that a billionaire playboy chad king tech inventor is obsessed with an ugly low iq homely chick with no talent or personality. Her being unattractive is ridiculous.
Because everything she’s in is marketed to ugly women and they can relate to her better.
>unless he was mentally ill
I think this is what they were going for.
fuck
