How many people did Batman kill in that movie?
It really wasn’t. Especially after the first Batman, it was a fucking let down.
T saw it in theater boomer
Max Shreck did nothing wrong to be totally desu with you guys
I agree
none
Also best catwoman
>1990s is "old"
Ask me how I know you're a zoomer faggot
this but unironically
sorry wrong pic
Same. Elfman made some great music for those movies.
>Elfman made some great music
My man
Elfman's spider-man and batman's themes are the best character themes ever
>it's so shit it's good
I get it you think batman is a big joke that's only for children
Why can't I enjoy both? Silly Batman and dark Batman, why must I choose?
my favorite scene in all batman movies, thanks to danny elfman:

Currently rewatching the 90s Batman movies.
>Batman
Keaton is a great Bruce, Kim Basinger is ok, Nicholson ramps up the ham to 11. I like his Joker. The "villain drops from somewhere" is clichéd, but oh well, it was the 80s.
>Batman Returns
Staring to get silly, Pfeiffer in the suit gave me a constant stiffy. Max Shreck is like one of those silver age street level mooks. Just a ruthless businessman doing everything with everyone to make more profit. The whole penguin thing was rather silly and it was more Burtman than Batman.
>Batman Forever
A rather hard cut. Val Kilmer is an ok Wayne and his Batman being silly is a problem of the script. Nipples and a fully formed ass. Also, all those colors! And the sound effects! This is a comic movie guise! Tommy Lee Jones, despite not being able to sanction Carrey's buffoonery, is playing like he was on cocaine all the time. I think he didn't take it as serious as other people.
>Batman & Robin
Tonight, but from what I can remember, Batgirl got me hard and it was even sillier than Forever, but it had Arnold as a pretty good Mr. Freeze. Shame they made Bane a dumb brute, though.
That's not the 1989 Batman kino, which is clearly superior.
lol can't tell if serious, but batman is a dude in a costume, comics are literally for children
The Burton films are some of the worst written films in action history.
Batman '66, though, now that's probably the best Batman film.
Batman (1989) was better, but I get the cult following around this one. It was certainly more of what a Tim Burton Batman movie would be given less studio input. The atmosphere and music was really good. Some of the sets are really great but the overall plot and large number of villains is a bit muddled. I also personally felt it was a little too dark and in a weird way cartoony, especially with Penguin trying to kidnap babies with this army of radio controlled birds. That might be a bit much for a 5 year old. I give it a solid 6.5/10.
>atmosphere is good
>Music is good
>too dark
Literally all the things you can say about Batman V Superman. If you're willing to overlook an absolutely trash script with Burton, you must be able to do so with Snyder.
Burton's Batman movies are entertaining, unlike Snyder shit
Subjective. Not an argument.
What, my opinions are subjective? Whoa bro...
Who says I did or didn't like that movie? Batman v Superman was shit on too hard by the critics imo but still isn't great. It was an upgrade from Man of Steel which isn't a high bar but I thought parts of it were ok. The music wasn't as good as Burton's movies and the atmosphere wasn't nearly as impressive either. 5.5/10
5>6>1>2>4>3
Bale's is the worst.
Those are weird rankings for Batman (1943), Batman and Robin (1949), Batman (1966), Batman (1989), Batman Returns (1992) and Batman: Mask of the Phantasm (1993)
I think each one shows what they were with the movie pretty well. West's looks the most faggy obviously, but it gets nostalgia points. Second last is Kilmer. But overall, no disasters in there.
don't forget about The Flash theme, also made by him

I always thought it was the best Batman movie, if not the best capeshit movie altogether, simply because it has an atmosphere thick enough that you could cut it with a knife. There's no pretense of "muh realism" as if that's something you'd look for in a comic book movie, instead it creates a vivid fantasy setting that sucks you in so even when the story has its flaws you feel compelled to disregard them and instead just enjoy the experience.
This is the best Batman movie retard !
None of them have got anything on Alicia Silverstone though.
