community is a roller coaster of quality after S3. i get sick after watching 5 episodes of S4 in a row.
Are seasons 5-6 any good? I stopped watching it after 4 since that was all there was on netflix at the time.
season 4 is a trainwreck
I'd put season 5 and 6 above 3 though
you can probably get away with skipping all of season 4
5 is still not as good as 1-3 but theres some good episodes
6 is probably on par with or slightly better than 3 but nowhere near as good as 2
I found them depressing because everybody's leaving, moving on
Season 2 was already below average. Dropped it after 3.

This show completely fell apart at the end and wasn't even funny. It was a chore to finish
it never reaches the heights of season 2 but there are some gems in season 6
i wouldnt blame anyone for putting it down at the end of season 3 though
Re-watching season 1 and 2 always makes me sad about what could’ve been. Even the so called good seasons after that were pretty bad. I haven’t watched the yahoo one again but I really couldn’t understand how people thought it was a return to form.
Watching this show for the first time. I'm currently at the beginning of season 6. It definitely took a huge dip, but the post-Chevy/Donald episodes still have some pretty funny moments. Maybe I just have more tolerance because I liked shows like 70's Show and Scrubs where they REALLY went to shit in later seasons with cast changes, but Community's later seasons aren't the atrocities they're made out to be.

I'm halfway through Season 1 and enjoying it a lot so far. Really comfy, good stuff. Already knew Chevy Chase would get the boot at some point but this is the first I'm hearing that Donald Glover dips out early and that the quality will tank later. That's a shame. Will enjoy the comfy kino while it lasts I suppose.
Atlanta is a better TV show than Community so he made the right choice
It's hard to tell how much of it was real as he completely dropped the depressed bum gimmick after his album rollout ended

2 is better than 3, half of season 3 was them getting too meta which ruined the show later on and Abed becomes really unbearable
I agree, plus you can kind of see the cracks in season 3 and can understand why Harmon got fired/left, it was a bit of a mess that somehow stayed good. I can easily see 4 being a complete trainwreck if it would have carried on as it was.
