This is single handedly the most reddit series of all time. The whole universe mimics Lovecraft, Simmons, Gothicism, without really understanding anything about them. It ties rick and morty in its amount of unbearable, hopeless, nihilism. It attracts bottom of the barrel nerds who are attracted to nothing more than the large armor, action figures, and idea that it is somehow immune to their biggest enemy, the imaginary social justice warriors. This picture perfectly sums of the universe, and if you think “wow, this sounds awesome!”, you are a step below capeshitters
