The only real question is Dexter or Tony. As other anons have said they both have won many fights. That being said Dexter loses to a big dude in season 1 or 2. They make sure you see he uses stealth and sandbagging (Doakes) as a way to win fights. Tony on the other hand is a power house. He only loses one fight in the series and he was sucker punched.
