The whole plan was always to scrap Netflix Marvel. The whole thing was kind of a trashfire aside from DD and the first season of LC. Plus its ties to MCU proper were always super nebulous. MCU never really referenced the shows. Probably because Feige and Perlmutter fucking hate the shit out of each other, and Netflix """MCU""" needed the cinematic universe much more than it needed the Netflix shows.

There have been rumors floating around (or has it been confirmed already, I'm not sure?) that they're keeping Charlie Cox as DD at least just because everyone agreed he was good in the role and that DD was one of the only really good things about it. With that in mind, I don't see why they wouldn't keep everyone else from DD as well.

Basically, Disney realized all this properties had a comparatively lukewarm reception. After The Winter Soldier they scrapped all plans to make the TV series canon and they progressively gave them less and less budget. After Civil War they were all confirmed non-canon but the series they'll make for Disney+ will be.
