This show ran for 11 years and due to copyrights will never be seen by anyone again, the comedy writing was very good it’s so sad it’s impossible to be rereleased

Is it at least archived somewhere in a torrent?

it was extensively recorded and is eminently rewatchable

t joel mchale

I was just thinking about this the other day because I made chicken tetrazzini.
What’s up with the copyright laws?

There was 1 torrent available and it hasn’t had a seed in a year

It was total kino when Joel hosted that video game awards gay shit. Whatever it was. Geoff keighley was seething so hard the entire time

Joel McHale is based

Damn you think we can get it back to healthy?

Yeah I had some insane laughs with this shit. I would love to watch it again if you could point me in the right direction.

Absolutely based, perfect stage in meme culture. Anything like this today would be cringe and retarded

What happened with copyrights?

Unless you can find this guy now also everything prior to this seems to be gone

probably the only late night show i ever enjoyed

Talk Soup with John Henson was better.

>lol dude check out this other show where a host quips while watching funny internet videos

Because the show was all clips from other networks it would be impossible to get the rights of everything to resell

In order for a modern network to air an episode of the show, they not only would have to pay E! for the rights to air talk soup, they would also have to pay every other network whose clips was taken from it, that's what I'm assuming anyways.

It should really be fair use, no clip is longer than a few seconds.

damn this shit is funny

I'm guessing because they showed clips from a million different programs

Hey retard he watched TV not internet crap.

what happened to joel mchale that guy was coming up in the early 2010's then he just disappeared

Also the original host was better than Joel McHale and the original early years of E! was a better time, a literal better time to be alive

Community.

Trash show.

based someone actualy remembers it there were some great times you can still find the gay harry potter skit they did at least

Whenever I miss The Soup I just rewatch Joel hosting the Video Game Awards.

I still remember taping the 2006_7 countdown on VHS because of that Whitney Houston clip of her screaming"KISS MY ASS!!" was one of the funniest things I've ever seen.

most were from there own network and I doubt they used clips that weren't greenlighted

it was tosh.0 from the early 00s

rode the community show train until it fucking crashed and did the shitty spy kids remake

He had that same show but on Netflix. It wasn't as good because kikeflix but it was still good. Got canceled soon in

He always going over there for her chicken tetrazzini. I don't know what she do but Paul love it. HE LOVE IT

lurkmore in the deepfag sites and IRC. It's out there
that's all the help you'll get

the soup was kino, i read they remade it was a woke dyke and i don't have the spirit to watch it.

Dub dubs

The Soup was absolutely kino, too bad Joel Mchale would never do it agaon

yeah because hes too much of a superstar right now huh

Tosh.O kinda sucked but the web redemptions were cute.

God, what a concept though. Playing cat videos on cable TV for normies.

Fuuuckk, I remember that. Also brokeback Kong.

That was back when it was called Talk Soup *sips* good times

>In other news Sheryl Crow has a dirty butthole.
Grade A

I was more of a John Henson guy.

the version topanga did was good too
chris hardwick's version was awful

reminder- they ripped this off of patrice oneal.

they were greenlit for the show but getting the rights to distribute them would be ludicrously expensive

newfag, Kinnear was better

A PT KWOOZER

Famous/surprising Lost Media thread? Pic related is lost media, at least for the early seasons. Nickelodeon had a marathon of the early eps on Nick Rewind last year though so idk if thats changed

forgot pic

Attached: unnamed.png (202x164, 17.84K)

and then netflix tried to revive it
what a weird moment that was

15 seconds in and I made this face

Attached: 1489639899662.jpg (500x409, 59.33K)

What pic?

I remember this show being boring as fuck.

Tosh.0 follows the same formula and does it much better, because he actually shows shocking content that's borderline live leaks. The Soup was like your retarded aunt sending you cat videos every week.

So based

not the ones from there own network which was like half the show or more once the kardashians were a thing but we would miss some good honey boo clips which sucks which network owns E! anyways?

pretty sure that guy updated the list and said theres only a few missing now

see

well they're not going to release partial segments of only E! content, what would the point in that be?

No, this is a The Soup/Talk Soup thread. Go hijack a sneed thread for your bullshit.

Based Spaghetti cat

tosh.0 ripped off patrice's webjunk show. the soup was about housewife tv shows

Joel McHale is kind of hot too

Attached: Joel.jpg (640x640, 128.35K)

Ok zoomer

I was just scrolling through the board and saw this post and I have to say that I agree with Actually I love The Soup and I watched it when it was new because like I would watch the hot celebrity stuff on the E network and masturbate to them as a teenager and then this funny show premiered and I found the professionally amateur style endearing

and as for using this for lost media I think it makes sense because we have a duty to condense threads
