Yeah guess what it sucks because everybody's making videos and wants views. It's like making a video game and complaining that no one is playing it, it's a crowded market.

lel, that's what you get for relying on ads. I too have a channel with rookie numbers, little more than 800 subscribers and ~3k views a month. But that's ok because instead of the $2 per thousand views you make until you get demonetised I make $500 per thousand views because my videos are about promoting the software that I sell (the one that sells the most costs $79, and each thousand views brings me directly or indirectly about half a dozen sales).

Well you've obviously have got a very sensible business model.

My point is don't just worry about numbers if you care about getting anything out of it, there are more efficient ways to make it than to somehow pull big numbers and not get demonetised.
