get into swimming then and lowfat diet of tuna rice beans taters as few as possible redmeat and burgers pizzas (avoid cheese for example) and you´ll be thinfit/cut in no time , but you won´t feel or be really healthy , fat is a very important part of your makeup , too much of it is bad but just the right ammount is bueno.

50 kg with no training for years. Ate shit ton of food. Like 4000+ calories every day with 0 exercise. No weight gain though.

Then one year of training with protein shakes. Was at over 150 push ups. I gained like 3 kg...
Food poisoning and all of it was gone.

Stopped all of the training. Doctor told me to stop eating too much sugar and fat because it influenced a disease I had. Instead of 3 meals daily + tons of sweets and nuts I then ate maybe half of that. I gained 10 kg in 3 months ...
