> He was a cop, and good at his job, but he committed the ultimate sin—and testified against other cops gone bad. Cops that tried to kill him, but got the woman he loved instead. Framed for murder, now he prowls the badlands...an outlaw hunting outlaws...a bounty hunter...a renegade.
Renegade
Fucking love this show.

Episode 2.
So what the ultimate sin he commit?
he ratted out dirty cops
>This is the story of a time long ago, a time of myth and legend. When the ancient gods were petty and cruel, and they plagued mankind with suffering, only one man dared to challenge their power, Hercules. Hercules possessed a strength the world had never seen, a strength surpassed only by the power of his heart. He journeyed the Earth, battling the minions of his wicked stepmother, Hera, the all-powerful queen of the gods. But wherever there was evil, wherever an innocent would suffer, there would be Hercules.
Now that's kino
I want to go back
How can other 90s tv shows ever hope to compete
youtube.com
I love this show. It's a period show that jumps around history every episode always ending in sword fights.
Renegade became Burn Notice, Hercules became Lost, Highlander became Supernatural.
God ...remember heroes?
Like good guys and the occasional lady.
Doing good things
and sometimes things got dark or scary but there was always a good ending after that next commercial break.
Everything's so fucking moody and edgy anymore.
God I love highlander. Everything about it is pure grunge fantasy. If they did something like this today it would be "ironic" and lighthearted and quippy.
I remember the one Highlander where they had TV Highlander and Movie Highlander together.
Comfy kino.
The Jacob Kell movie, not so good. But it was interesting to see Connor let Duncan chop off his head.
This show had a surprisingly high concentration of rock stars guess starring as immortals.
I used to hate these types of shows but now that they're gone I kinda miss them.
Wait a minute, didn't Connor and Duncan meet in the first ep of the Highlander show? I mean, they've met before but they were presented together in the first episode of the series to pass the torch I guess.
millenial men never had a chance. they were denied male role models and fed exclusively on a diet of self-loathing, race guilt and strong womyn of color.
Ummmmmmm
based
fuck that looks comfy
If I am remembering correctly I haven't seen the show in years, Connor initially trained Duncan when he first became an immortal. The first episode starts with Duncan being out of the game for a long time living a peaceful life with his mortal wife. The big bald guy from Night Court shows up to take his head. Connor makes a cameo to talk to Duncan about getting back in the game. Duncan kills Night Court guy. I think the second episode had Rodney Roddy Piper as the bad guy.
I tell the kids I work with at a fast food place about the before times
long before the wokeness
when Xena had a Black Husband and that was salacious and people were writing letters.
Or how Roseanne kissed Sandra Bernhartd and offended anyone with any sense of human decency
>and all the lesbians too
"That's silly you old grandpa ... people wouldn't get upset over something so silly like that."
>In 1564, Nostradamus predicted the destruction of Earth in three terrifying waves. The first wave is here.
>My name is Cade Foster. These are my journals. They killed my wife, framed me for murder. Now I run, but I don't hide. With the prophecies of Nostradamus as my guide, I seek them. I hunt them. I will stop the first wave.
Kino
>His name is Gary Hobson. He gets tomorrow's newspaper today.
>He doesn't know how. He doesn't know why. All he knows is when the early edition hits his doorstep, he has twenty-four hours to set things right.
>>"Three years ago they came, forever altering the future of humanity.
William Boone's life has been destroyed. A man caught between two worlds. Assigned protector to the Companions; undercover agent for the Liberation. An alien implanted cyber-virus expands his mind. Controlling a bio-engineered weapon of unprecedented power. William Boone searches for the truth.
Get comfy
Underrated Gene Roddenberry scifi show. It is like the writers mined late 90s conspiracy/alien internet culture to make the show. If you have run out of scifi shows to watch check this out.
What happened to genre TV? Nowadays it feels like the same five or six plots on every show, but with token gays or blacks.
So fucking wholesome. I'm a better person for having grown up watching this.
Kids today are growing up watching Big Mouth, 13 Reasons and Skins
fuck this culture
kevin sorbo is the real american hero
>>I am the Lexx. I am the most powerful weapon of destruction in the two universes. I was grown on the Cluster, which is ruled by His Shadow. The food was good there. My captain is Stanley Tweedle. I blow up planets for him.
I vaguely remember this show, I remember it was lewd as hell, the girl was a former sex slave, but it was so comfy.
>In an age when nature and magic rule the world, there is an extraordinary legend; the story of a warrior who communicates with animals, who fights sorcery and the unnatural. His name is Dar, last of his tribe; he is also called: Beastmaster.
Every Friday night id stay the night at my much older sisters house. We always watched Star Trek - Next Generation, Hercules (I fucking hated Xena), Viper and Renegade.
Good times.
>mortal kombat conquest
>nightman
>forever knight

all this syndicated cheese, lost like tears in the rain
I shifted my schedule for school where I woke up at 3am to watch the syndicated runs of all those while I half assed my homework.
This hits a lot of the right notes but ...
>netflix
youtu.be
Shame as I love The Journey West and it makes for a good episodic fantasy beat em up show
The show borrowed heavily from old pulp scifi comics which would have a lot of fan service in them. Barbarella would be another example of this.
Me on the right
explains why my dad loved it
I always got it confused with farscape cause I had a huge nut for the albino girl
This thread turned into syndication nostalgia. Everyone will remember Baywatch for T & A but I remember the batshit stories
bros why the fuck can't this get rebooted
Its weird thinking all those women look like shit now, but the guys probably still look like chads.
Well we ain't getting to 500 post just talking about how glorious LL's hair is
Yeah they do a lot to make Lorenzo look like a tough guy. Then he goes and ties that bandana around his neck.
DIGGA DOWW DOWWWWWWWWWWW
wild that the guy who plays gibby is more relevant today than lorenzo lamas
Syndicated shows back in the day were the right amount of cheesy, silly, and actors clearly having fun with what they were doing.
Everything seems so...sterile for lack of a better term these days, like its been harsh scrubbed down and sanitized for no reason.
When I was young I scoffed at Hercules and Xena. The other night I saw the first Xena episode. Oh my god it was fantastic. It was stupid and brilliant at the same time. Writers today are not capable of producing another. And don't get me started on Forever Knight. Also Psycho-Pass is good.
YOU TOO LIVE IN A PERFECT PLASTIC WORLD
...
SECRET REMAINS FOR YOU
>>Forever Knight
>>He was brought across in 1228. Preyed on humans for their blood. Now, he wants to be mortal again. To repay society for his sins. To emerge from his world of darkness. From his endless FOREVER KNIGHT!
Kino. This thread has so many good shows in it.
>that blonde

No blacks.
Angie Harmon was essentially the only reason to watch that trainwreck, especially when they started ripping off The X-Files.
Movies kinda ehh but Bruce Payne playing a villain always helps
Kino scifi show, i still find it odd how Joshua turned into a bro in the finale episode though.
he had a pretty good streak in the 90s
youtu.be
passenger 57 too
>dat feel when the end of the series he finally convinces his buddy who turned him to kill him
blacks are always shown as savages and all the main characters are white, this show could now be made today
not be*
Use to see this aired all the time, but i never got the appeal of it other than hot girls showing up.
