A ticket for The Joker, and I'll have your number.

She would tell the manager and you would be banned from the theatre

We cannot let this, we’ve never allowed any crisis from the Civil War straight through to the pandemic of 17, all the way around, 16, we have never, never let our democracy sakes second fiddle, way that we can both have a democracy and at the same time correct the public health

>confidently went to buy one ticket to the Joker despite all the memes
>google showed 20:30 showing, perfect time for a comfy evening ride home
>there was a qt cashier my age
>confidently said my order, handed her the cash and student card, she seemed to smile too
>"You know the showing is dubbed, right?"
>nervously laugh, grab my stuff and fastwalk away
it's not fucking fair
>maintain eye contact and speak clearly
You autists really have trouble doing this kind of thing? lmao
I actually hadn't been going much last year. Been back home helping take care of my elderly father and he was in the hospital a couple times last year. Thankfully he's doing better now, but we're locked down at home. Last movie we saw was 1917 at a local historic and non-profit cinema. A few times last few years I had met friends in the city to see movies. We had even seen an original print of The Thing.
>ZOMG IT'S LIKE SHE'S REALLY TALKING TO ME
You don't practice.
I haven't had crab legs in a month it's fucking awful
it would be nice if shared the nudes.
At least the butter baron can’t make me fist his greasy asshole in exchange for butter anymore.
Is she trying to cosplay as Strawberry Shortcake or what
At least the butter baron can’t make me fist his greasy asshole in exchange for popcorn butter anymore.

This is how Zoomers really speak.
that sign should unironically exist in all movie theatres in america to prevent shootings, smells and masturbation.
Thats how normal people speak you fucking autists.
Yea dont even remember when i went last
A lot of my earliest memories is the theatre. My dad would always take us like every week. We had a really comfy theatre which is now abandoned.
Also worked in a 2nd run theatre which is one of my favorite jobs. Well i managed it.
And cant forget Drive Ins. Shit peak comfy
>"I'm opening down at the next register, user, why don't you get in my line?"
Considering it was my job, yeah

Hello you are the main character you're dad will die soon tragically and to rebuild his memory by buying the theater and renovating it while you also find a gf yada yada sad crying stuff yada yada conflict blah blah happy ending 500 million box office.
>robert, any crab legs in the steamer tonite
>Thank God you're here Robert, there's a red haired strumpet here trying to steal my virgin seed
The last movie I saw in a theater was Gone Girl, so not really. I wish I would have seen Dunkirk at the theater
I miss theaters. I didn't go super often but going out to them is one of the few things I feel like I did as an outside activity
Not even to see "Frozen"?

Why do they all have fucking fangs? It's too hot.
I've never been to cinema as an adult, but yes I do. When I was a kid I went to see Harry Potter and Spiderman in a cinema with my mama. Also, I did go and see 2012 with my friends.
she's sort of created her own art medium based on meta-commentary using body and facial gestures, music snippets, and pop culture references to anime and Coraline

Ah.... the pedo lover.
yes and no, I've never been a fan of crowds in the first place so even before COVID I always picked showtimes that would have less people, and the theater I go to is in the industry part of town so the crowd is generally a lot more respectful than the more residential areas of the city (I'm an LA fag). plus you can see pretty much every limited release on the big screen here so that's the main reason I go to the movies in the first place, otherwise there wouldn't be enough I'd want to see.
I'm definitely looking forward to when the theaters reopen as they'll probably have to enforce limited seating for some time, meaning I can go to the kinoplex and not have to worry about someone directly behind me chewing loudly
