S1.

“I won” was the peak of the show. It was still good, but that moment was so good that nothing was going to top it.

rian johnson

S1

it was at its best when it was just a chemistry teacher and a student trying to make it as criminals.

Most people who prefer the later ones are redditors who watch for power fantasy of le epic Heisenberg

Series 2.
It was an unironic incredibly slow burn that just fit together perfectly.
S4 was the start of the decline

Season1 just felt like a goofy dramedy. I remember watching it for the first time as a teenager a decade ago and laughing that Walter was like my chemistry teacher

It's good all the way through. There are issues all the way through, but it delivered what it set out to do from start to finish.

garbage show for garbage people

shockingly bad taste

It was Gen Z's introduction to Real Television™

( ಠ ͜> ಠ)

I'll show you a peak. I'll peak all over you. And when I peak, all of Philadelphia will FEEL IT.

Yeah it's hard to really pick a peak. The Gus Fring seasons and the last half of the last season are up there with the best TV ever made.

Season 3 and 4 are peak kino.

I think Season 5 is often regarded as the worst because in retrospective all you remember are the weird asspulls, the neonazis and the goofy machine gun ending. But honestly watching it is another thing entirely, it's so fucking riveting and Ozymandias is a 10/10 no matter how you look at it.

The plane crash.

Absolute kino.

>Most people who prefer the later ones are redditors who watch for power fantasy of le epic Heisenberg

You have to be a retard to not see the lengths the series goes to show that Walt is not a badass kingpin and is actually just a petty, stupid asshole most of the time.

It's like watching Uncut Gems, what makes the later seasons so riveting is the expectation of watching the house of cards finally collapse.

>You have to be a retard to not see the lengths the series goes to show that Walt is not a badass kingpin and is actually just a petty, stupid asshole most of the time.

I agree, but most fans of the show I talked to idolize Walt and 80%+ of their thoughts on the show center around Walt being a badass.

Bad acting, bad writing, a true mystery that it ever became so popular in the first place. Better than most, sure, but to be unironically considered among the best television dramas is an absolute travesty.

>Bad acting, bad writing
>Better than most, sure

Why do you keep watching TV, user?

Because some of it is 10/10. Breaking Bad is not one of those shows.

Season 2-3

s1 finale like very other show

Whoever says season 3 is a complete retard
The fucking twins disqualifies it by default

S1 and 4 were the best

>Because some of it is 10/10.
What shows?

Crawl Space for me

This. The final episode of the first season is the best. Season 2 was the worst by far though, I've never seen a show jump the shark this fast.

S1-S2 was great, S3-4 where weak, then the last season picked it up again. Solid show

This. The show literally brings this up via Mike with his “Just because you killed Jesse James, that doesn’t make you Jesse James.”

what the fuck

You should either be underage B& or very, very embarrassed. Because that’s some 9th grade shit.

what the chuck

>he doesn't recall Jimmy writing that demands letter on toilet paper

S5E14

Yeah, Season 5 has some lows, but overall it's not bad. There's plenty of good stuff in there too.

S11E5

I thought Hank confronting Walt at the end of the last season premiere was just as good, including the remainder of that run. I really thought they were going to delay that period between Hank finding out (or rather accepting it) and confronting him about it but it happens right the episode later. Really cool to see

I'M NOT TURNING DOWN THE STIMULUS CHECK, I'M TURNING DOWN YOU! You get it?

I WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH YOU!
EVER SINCE YOU BOUGHT ME THAT SOUP, EVERYTHING I'VE EVER CARED ABOUT IS GONE!
RUINED. TURNED TO SHIT. DEAD.
EVER SINCE I HOOKED UP WITH THE GREAT CORONA-CHAN!

I have never been more alone... I have NOTHING! NO ONE! Alright, it's ALL GONE! Get it?

No, no no, why? Why would you get it? Why do you even care as long as you get what you want. Right? You don't give a shit about me.

I know its probably the Reddit answer but I legitimately have not seen a better episode of television than ozymandias

I remember catching episode one of this and not really thinking much of it

The kid says he puts chili powder or something in his meth I think and heisenberg finds out he has cancer

never seen an episode after that

bait isnt supposed to be obvious

Why do you respond to bad bait?

Attached: 1580787581050.jpg (1200x1225, 167.76K)

it was good all the way through. no bad seasons. one of very few shows that can claim that.

I'm not trying to say anything about the show itself, remember I just said I've only sort of half watched one episode. All I remember is walter white learning he has cancer and who I assume is jesse saying that his secret ingredient is chili powder and walter calls him a retard basically

His brother in law deserved to die

also it must have been when it had just started airing because it took me years to make the connection that I had seen an episode of breaking bad. Only caught part of it while channel surfing really

Heh, nobody responds to that.

Most of the eps of the wire

Gus death

For sure. End of Season was peak. All that build up over 4 seasons for that climax. The story is they didn't know if they could get everyone resigned for season 5 so they designed the end of season 4 to be a possible series finale. It ended up shooting most of their load though on characters with pretty much most of the bad guys being wiped out. I get why season 5 was designed to be a huge build up fast then a fast spiral but still...I would have brought in someone from the earlier seasons and have the being the next big bad in season 5. Kept around Tyrus or something.

The Wire is just the black rick and morty.
>grounded in real world shit
>totally cartoony logic
>gay black guy with shot gun scares crack dealers with guns in apartment who have cover

okay then

Season 3 finale undoubtably, just the scene in the former lab makes it all kino

i wonder what genius thoughts must have been going on in his head to enlarge it, perhaps how to scam fans out of 2 hours by making them watch a mediocre fan servicing pile of ass?

El Camino was absolute garbage, who the fuck this looked okay

>S11E5
no way

peak was jesses goth gf

>jesse
>we have to fix my huge fucking head
