I presume Michael Cusack is on good terms with the Rick and Morty people since he made Bushworld Adventures.
And Zack is very good friends with H3H3, who are good friends with Justin Roiland and the Rick and Morty people. In fact I think Zack is in the video with H3H3 at the Rick and Morty party.
It will probably create synergy with Rick and Morty with some cross-over moments, easter eggs, cameos, or hell Zach and Michael working on Rick and Morty.
Same goes for Chris and Jon, is Zach and Michael get in good with Rick and Morty people, Chris and Jon will probably be brought in.

BUT, this is now a second chance that Hell Benders becomes a reality again.

If Smiling Friends is a success, like a full 12 episode season, or 2 seasons, I can see Adult Swim exects giving Hell Benders another chance.

They already like Michael Cusack enought that they aired Bushworld and greenlit Yolo and Smiling Friends. Since they greenlit Zach's similing friends, and since Zach and Michael are tight, if they like Zach, Zach will surely bring on Chris and other SleepyCast/Newgrounds members.

Who knows? Hell Benders was their first real project together. It's the first show they ever pitched too.
From SleepyCast and OneyPlays, it really seems like Hell Benders was going to be their project that opened doors and was going to get them in the business and set them for life.
But then they went, they were nervous, and Adult Swim said there were too many Hell shows (Lucy and YPFIGH) and they either said no or told them to green light it they'd have to cut their idea of the boys traveling to Hell which would explain the namesake.

And what happen after AS said no?
They dicked around for a bit, did more sleepy cast, then Zack went back to Cartoons and Chris started Oney Plays.
I think originally OneyPlays was Chris' idea for income while between or waiting on Projects.
Chris has stated multiple times that he is kinda bummed out or worried that he'll remain a letsplayer.
Now he's working on Bowlbo.
If Chris and Zach did get Hell Benders greet lit, I think Chris will stop letsplaying.

If things don't change, Chris will become Arin. In fact, Chris is Arin, except he's a little better at games and isn't a whiny biased cunt about games he's not good at.

It was pretty good pilot created by psychicpebbles and Michael Cusack (the Bushworld Adventures guy). It's got Oney's 3D model work and end-credits music. It also has Nick Wolfhard, Finn Wolfhard, Tom Fulp (creator of Newgrounds), and Mike Stolska (of RedLetterMedia) doing the voicework. They aired the short a couple of days ago and I think they have a good chance getting their show greenlit, especially because Michael Cusack already got another show greenlit with them.

Hellbenders is officially over, they said so on one of the more recent sleepycast episodes. They said they're gonna eventually clean up the first episode (the one that got leaked a few years ago) and officially release it, but that's it

Never watched Hazbin Hotel but I heard he was in that, and he did the narrator in Battleblock Theater, so he's got an okay resume, and a great voice. The roles should be fallng into his lap desu, but only he can pull himself out of his rut.

It goes like this.
Arin got big. Arin new a lot of guys from newgrounds. Jon was just barely a newgrounder, he had some shitty cartoons as like birdman or onionman or something.
Arin and Jon collab as GameGrumps.
GameGrumps gets big. Jon gets big.
Probably threw Arin, Jon meets Zach and Chris.
Jon, H3H3 and FilthyFrank get big.
Either Jon and FilthyFrank become friends as New Yorkers and big youtubers thus Filthy Frank introducing H3H3 to Jon or Jon and H3H3 become friends as Californian youtubers.
Jon lets H3H3 stay with him in NYC or finds them a place, and also gives them a job on his channel as stage hands and editors.
Jon probably through Arin meets Zach and Chris, probably before H3H3.
H3H3 meets Zach.
H3H3 gets big and meets Justin Roiland and other California, jew and industy faggots.

Chris is working on Bowlbo, but he's also been doing work for various other projects like music for Jeff and Cory's game and music and some animation for Smiling Friends. IIRC he also said he's working on a 3D animated show, but that was a few years ago and might have fallen through.
Honestly I don't think he'll end up like Arin, he seems to have too much creative energy and now he has his foot in the door with TV after helping Zach with the pilot. You never know though.

Matt & Dave and Tim & Eric have been making shows on Adult Swim for 20 years, and making the careers of their friends and getting their friends shows greenlit too.

If Zach & Michael become like that, they'll definitely bring on Chris, Cory, Jeff, Stamper, Mick, Niall, Arin, maybe Jon, maybe Shad.

If Zach becomes golden like that, they'll probably pitch it again because they said they already had like 13 episodes vaguely written and storyboarded. Why would they waste time trying to think of something new when they know people want HellBenders and a chunk of the work is already done?

He had a Twitter tirade about no one caring about him when that's clearly not the cause, as many of his friends tried to reach out to him directly and help him. He's making bad decisions, but it's clear that he isn't happy with him. With the abundant roles I'm sure he could get, it's a shame that he doesn't seem to be pursuing them.

I'm not a big fan of "obvious sci-fi reference hammered into your brain with a side of 2deep4U." I prefer when it felt like an actual adult swim show.
