Yeah obviously, they pay US taxes on direct sales, holdings, and salaries for any financials on US soil, but they wouldn't have to pay corporate tax or report their profits or product to the IRS.

The only real question is, can the CCCP offer enough of a sweeheart deal to convince them to abandon the American market completely, and I'd offer that given the proposition of paying no taxes at all and being able to keep more of your profit and pay your workers less while grinding them harder, moving to China is a no-brainer. The only thing keeping any company from doing it is PR.
