It's a show with very high highs and very low lows. The first 2 seasons are fantastic. Then it's shit until about season 5 or whenever negan arrives.

The only good season

I like that despie there being a zombie apocalypse, people were still following traffic rules and didnt drive in the wrong lanes.

S1 is a bit raw but still very good
S2 was torture to watch at the time the episodes were released because of how much fucking filler there is but if you're binging it's not too bad, this season gave us Shaneposting which is one of my personal favorites
S3-S6 was the show's peak, it was GoT-tier at this time in terms of popularity and how everybody watched it
S7-8 is generally only good if Negan or Rick are on screen, character bloat really starts to be a problem in these seasons there are just so many fucking characters introduced that it's hard to get invested and care about most of them
S9-10 most people have quit watching but it's getting better after they replaced the awful showrunner who was responsible for fucking up a major arc and killing the viewership, they're handling the current arc pretty well

Zombie shit is always good and trying to survive, but the drama shit is so fucking retarded and annoying, it really starts ramping up the stupid shit around s3, but if you can hold out till negan you are in for a treat

One really good season then two meh seasons and then X seasons hoping it will ever come back to its former quality.

Season 1 is pretty damn good Tbh. Maybe one episode that is a little mediocre.
Season 2 has a lot of problems. You can definitely feel a change. People have a problem with it which is understandable, but I found the farm Comfy as Fuck. Ends on a High.
Season 3 could have been better when you compare it to the source material, but the Governor is pretty Kino.
Season 4, Kino.
Season 5, Kino.
Sesson 6, Kino.
Season 7 starts really High with tye introduction of Negan and the Saviors, but that novelty wears off prettt fast and the whole season starts to drag.
Season 8 is where I almost gave up, but kept with it after watching for 8 Years. Negan is Kino.
Season 9 starts slow but after the whole Rick 'Dilemma', picks up rapidly and the Whisperers are actually a threat.
Season 10 has been great, some minor Hiccups along the way but overall, the show feels almost Season 4 tier, Negan is a main player and Daryl actually becomes kind of compelling again. But the 'Loss' of Rick stops it from being Kino.

I'm a big TWD Fan, Some might say a 'Shill', but it's Pros outweigh the Cons tenfold. There's some Shit along the way, but overall I think it's pretty great.

I'd say so. Just pick up where you left off and Binge the whole Season(s). Hell, it may even be better off with a Marathon, might not make the pace feel as disjointed for the likes of Season 7/8

All I'm going to say is this: keep watching if you like it, me personally I couldn't stand it for more than 4 seasons, literally all the females in this show are skyler whites level of annoying, and it's just: one friend dies, they find another one, another friend dies, they find another one and so on, there's nothing special to it. Should have watched it when you were younger, when you were impressed more easily, because I don't see how anyone over 14 can enjoy this shit

This is literally every season of TWD. There's no such thing as it being kino until a specific points and shit after, because the quality has been all over the place since the beginning. Season 6B is the best overall.

A show with a solid first season (except for the season final) then a whole lot of nothing. It's not worth getting into considering the show is stale as fuck and Kirksman axed his own comic because he ran out of ideas.

People give S2 an unreasonably hard time. I watched a couple episodes recently and it holds up pretty well. Character development is great, especially the romance between the asian guy and the farmer's daughter.
The Walking Dead's biggest mistake is getting its audience attached to characters and then killing them off for stupid reasons. Gang finds a refuge, things are good for a while, something happens, refuge is destroyed and everyone is fucked, rinse and repeat. That's basically all this show is.

season 2 was awesome, one of the best pleb filters that exist in tv and film, i just wish they didnt kill off dale so early, big mistake, they also fucked up andreas character to much from the comic alternative
