Your told overtly that its because Kim is concerned that Jimmy could land them both in legal trouble with their scheming. A strictly legal arrangement. But based on their interactions, we know that isn't anywhere close to the whole picture. There is a recurring theme in this show about the fallacy of sunk costs and that is definitely applied here. Kim has invested so much in to Jimmy that at some point she was going to either full on commit to him or give up. She's taken the route of commitment. It will be interesting to see how their relationship plays out.

Howard is presumably a baseball guy, at least I get that impression, so he gave Jimmy the nick name as a homage to Pete Rose who despite being banned from the game was known as one of the workhorses of the MLB.

I'm glad we got a bit of Hank but I don't want to see anymore of him in season 6. That goes for any other cameos really, because there is still a large chunk of story that needs to be wrapped up satisfyingly.

The really annoying ones are the faggots who cry that it's not "wacky lawyer doing wacky things" like Breaking Bad. If they did that gimmick the show would have only lasted 2 seasons and nobody would have remembered it. The show as is stands now is much better with it's current path.
