Was it kino?

best western animation since beauty and the beast

Yes

Niggers are never kino. Except blade and chris tucker(B.C. Chris tucker)

Yes. I really enjoyed the different art styles for each Spider-Man, and the framerate difference was genius.

>Creative artstyle
>Tries something different for Spiderman on the screen
>Peter B Parker is a fun character
Even if you didn't like the story or Miles, the movie still has merit for it being very creative to get that comic book feel to it
The 15 fps was clever, and the art direction as well
The different designs of the more wacky spidermen helped in this regard as well
And Doc Ock was a cutie, great design

propaganda

>Spiderman is black

Miles was the least liked of the Spidermen. Even SpiderHam was well liked. So that just tells you Miles was a failure.

Yes
Sequel will be shit though, they switched the directors or something

no. Mile Morales sucks. Created by cuck white dude. Reason Nu-Marvel exists.

Character should be killed off.

Absolute kino

No toku spidey.

Nu-Marvel can get fucked.

I don't like NIGGERS

>blonde hair
>black eyebrows
Explain.

>nigger dad
>spic mom
>muh muhfuggn dick uncle
>el creatura spiderman
>graffiti 'artist'

No

CHI

Don't forget that Miles had a crush on an aryan girl

Yes. Easily the best Spiderman movie ever made.

and his father is named Jefferson Davis for some reason

Imagine the exact same movie but instead of Miles it's Peter Parker as the star.
Would have been better, Miles is boring and black.

nah that's still 2

Unironically would have massively enjoyed it if Miles wasn't black.

>capeshit
>kino
Pick one

Nope.
I'm not even hating, Raimi's 2 was great, but without the nostalgia, by far, Spiderverse is the greatest.
It has everything, ost, references, tributes, comic book art style, good storytelling.
It is objectively superior on every metric save for the "I have decided years ago that nothing would top 2 and so I stand by my irrefutable choice".
2 is GOAT amongst live action movies though.

I honestly would've liked it if he wasn't paired with gwen stacy. If bendis wants to fulfill his fetish fine, write whatever white woman you want, but why bring that name into it? is it just to bait racists out to justify the character? or does he really not care that miles has nothing of his own to add to this franchise?

the story was just a retread of the 90s shows finale though, the show that the producer of spiderverse also worked on. The only thing this movie has going for it is the animation

Haven't read comics in years but it's still funny how time and time again a cool costume is literally all it takes for lasting power in that biz.

Come on man, the more has more than just that, they managed to give a great characterization of every staple Spider-Man character while also being able to inject some fresh air into some of them (May / Doc Ock / Boomer Parker), the OST is great, the story is compelling enough even if it's a rehash.
I'm not even trying to find something to disagree with you on this, I'll be the first to agree that the Spiderman fatigue is deep and that every live action movie after 3 has been mediocre at best.
But Spiderverse was genuinely good, something I did not expect, a love letter to the character and its universe.
It's like having a good Batman movie nowadays, these two characters have been memed to death, adapted ad nauseam, and too often you see some hot turd being shat right out of a studio with just the name "Spiderman/Batman" slapped on it to satisfy drones.
I think it's important to give credits when it's due, Spiderverse was good. I'm only concerned they feel the need to a sequel and, thus, take the risk to ruin it.

yeah its just a shame that spider-girl has been so fucked over by editorial, I love her costume. Marvels most successful heroine and she's been ignored for a fucking decade

Attached: Spider-girl-continues.jpg (250x376, 32.91K)

the story was just a retread of the comic it's based on

Its a love letter to bendis, Miles is fundamentally the antithesis of everything the franchise stood for. As I said its a very pretty movie that uses its animation well, but under that is a soulless paint by numbers plot that seemed premade before they just had lord and miller google "spiderman" in 2016 to add the references.

The heart of spider-man 2 is about acceptance and learning to bring people into your life, sometimes it's for the better and sometimes for the worse

the heart of spiderverse is all about how important branding really is and tells kids to not make a name for themselves but rather find a franchise to flourish under

Once again though very pretty movie and I recognized all of the references

True.

>the heart of spiderverse is all about how important branding really is and tells kids to not make a name for themselves but rather find a franchise to flourish under
Oh yeah, that's what all this "leap of faith" allegory stands for in the movie yeah, totally.
It's not at all a coming of age thing for an increasingly lost teenager.

>I don't know who I am and that's super deep
>Oh right I'm the second spiderman because fuck making my own name
>oh I'm struggling so much, wait here's a teacher, a bat cave, someone to make all of my equipment and a super powered team

that is all so spiderman it hurts

I found it unwatchable, it neeed another 20 fps

it would have been if the character wasnt black

The point of the film being Spider-verse is that it gives Miles a leg to stand on. Imagine if the film didn't have all the other spidermen, it was just Chad-Peter and his Spidercave teaching Miles the ropes. It'd be rubbish because Miles would rightfully be in Peters shadow the whole time. By showing that there's different types of Spiderman, and that all are equally valid, it gives Miles room to stretch his legs and become his own Spiderman.
That's why Comics-Miles sucked. He was following on from Ultimate-Spiderman, who is widely held as one of the best Peter Parkers to have existed. He was everything people think of when they think of Peter Parker, and he felt distinct. To kill him off and say "Hey this new kid just picks up all Peters stuff and is now Spiderman" was bullshit. This film is the perfect origin for Miles, if someone wants to know who he is then this film is the best start bar none.

> I have decided to hate this and nothing you will say will make me change my mind because that's something people who are WRONG should do, haha, not me because I'm never those people.

> I don't know who I am and that's super deep when you're fucking 14
Yes.
> I struggle to have a meaningful relationship with my Father
Literally good writing
>Oh right I'm the second spiderman because fuck making my own name, even though I make sure to become my very own, recognizable version of Spiderman, and that's what my story is about. After all, it's not like this specifically is a Spiderman movie right ?
> It's not like I try to refuse this legacy I feel is too great for me at first
> Also, how stupid would it have been to make my own name when I have the exact same powers, acquired by the same spider-bite, and my mentor is every fucking iteration of Spiderman there is

> Oh, Let me just hate on what are obvious comic book movies tropes

You're a moron who has consciously decided to hate and nitpick on the movie.
It's not rational, it's not justified, it's a willing choice on your part to actually ignore, and misjudge this movie's qualities because admitting it's more than just shallow pretty entertainment would actually feel like a betrayal for that hardcore fan persona you've created for yourself online.
You are so deep inside your own asshole you even resent a Spiderman movie protagonist for becoming Spiderman.

Attached: plebs.jpg (400x462, 24.62K)

I have blonde hair and darker eyebrows, it's pretty common.

SO IM LIKE YO YO MY NIGGAS

Thought it was shit when I watched it with the gf and her siblings.
Gritted down my teeth and said to them I thought it was okay.
Disappointed in myself for not letting her younger sister and brothers know I thought the movie was fucking garbage.

She has to be fun as fuck to draw for. Spidey poses and T&A.

>mfw when someone writes "Spiderman" instead of "Spider-Man"

>ultimate peter is the best spiderman to ever have existed

you know you have to be 18 to post here right?

This movie fundamentally is about a mutt killing a white man in his prime only to steal his accomplishments under the tutelage of a mench. Its blatant propaganda and you ignore it because the ADD animation and waifus look pretty, yes its about the disconnect between father and son, pushed by the "torn between worlds" aspect of his father, the cop and his uncle, the criminal. Only problem is that all falls apart by making him ignore both of them to follow in the path of a "real hero" the man whose story gets cut down in its prime. If you just dismantled the multiverse aspect and let peter be one character rather than 7 it could've been great, but all it is a fine little diversion meant to shit on the heart of this franchise

Way better than those Homecoomer movies. Almost as good as Raimi's Spooderman movie. That part when OG Peter died actually makes me cry. The spiderguys overall are cool, especially alt-Peter/Peter B. Parker.

This old thread again? No, it was shit. Spider-Man is Peter Parker, everything else is a cheesy cash grab.

The MCU is just trash all round

Also Eddie Murphy and Richard Prior. Trying to paint Spider-Man black just because Donald Glover shit his racist pants about Peter being white is the opposite of kino.

Didn't they say Gwen was going to get blacked in the sequel. In not watching this Jew propaganda if it actually ships Gwen and the nigger

You probably believe Commu

>talking in the present tense
WAS fun as fuck to draw for. That character isn't around any more and such drawings are no longer allowed in comic books unless you want to get unpersoned.

Bro have you ever seen people before.

Exactly. Like WTF? Why is Peter turned into Iron Boy with webs instead of fucking Spider-Man. Shit is boring as fuck. At least in this movie, Raimi's and the Spectacular movies, Spider-man actually acts like fucking Spider-man.

It just stole the plot of the Lego movie. Having Spider-Man be a messiah to the people is as retarded as making Superman Jesus. The 4th wall breaking was also annoying as hell and broke my immersion constantly. The villains were bad, the other Spider-Men were pointless and all of it served to a basic coming of age story. This film had more in common with a Batman film than a fucking Spider-Man movie

>Superman Jesus
Make it happen
Spiderman died on the cross for our sins

Woops, Superman died on the cross for our sins
Does that mean that the Romans had Kryptonite spears?

>This movie fundamentally is about a mutt killing a white man in his prime only to steal his accomplishments
Yeah ok Yas Forums
Unironically get out more, get infected, and drop.
