It's good, but emotionally sterile. Hollywood is the true kino.

no
The opening scene was. Then in turns into Tarantino masturbating about how film ends WWII.
pleb honeypot
If I could define a movie as schizophrenic this would be it. It is all over the place tonally; it doesn't know whether it wants to be a slapstick comedy, serious drama, thriller, action flick, whatever. The acting is subpar throughout, so many closeups, too many plot points, and a revolving door of characters who enter and exit the story doesn't help as well. To make matters worse Tarantula somehow makes a number of the Nazis sympathetic and heroic while making the Basterds come off as barbaric and amoral. Weird fucking movie.
Lanza was a kino villain but everything else felt quite flat
Out of everything to complain about the acting is far from one of them. Stellar performances throughout
It was transphobic.
