The conspiracy is a tangled mess but the gist of it is that it was the Israeli Mossad and the Bush's. The nuclear nonproliferation troubles with them and him trying to stop Israel from gaining nukes, he was about to have their reactors inspected to make sure they weren't producing the material needed to make nuclear weapons. It wasn't just them alone but they had a large hand in it. JFK stepped on a lot of toes and they killed him.
