did you even think through this at all before asking it? if they never got a response how could there ever have been a meeting set up? of course they wouldn't have shown up to meet a kid and fuck them if they never got a response because there would not have been any communication as to where and when to meet. the point is, they shouldn't be CONTACTING kids for the purposes of meeting and fucking them. they shouldn't be ACTIVELY SEARCHING for a kid that would be receptive to it.
if I try to hire a contract killer to kill my wife, technically if none of them ever respond to me to set up a meeting then it would never come to fruition and my wife would never get killed, right? but the act of soliciting a contract killer is on me.
