I would say most loudspeakers have better frequency response than cheap headphones. There are pluses and minuses. Movies are mixed for surround sound and theaters, not stereo headphones. The new Dolby Atmos stuff is important. Why would you want to have some plastic clamped to your head for 3 hours?

That wasn't my point shit for brains. These theaters don't properly adjust their speakers to the room, giving you a bad sound from should be a much crisper, audio experience. That's why I said my headphones gives me a better experience. You can't just plug in speakers and turn them on and say "that's should do it".
