True.
False. Its gay shit for faggots
I remember I used to work with these people I really hated. One time after work this douchebag and my huge bitch of a boss were talking, and they asked me if any great movies came out after I was born (basically they were trying to make fun of me for being young). I said Jurassic Park and they erupted into laughter. I've never hated someone as much as those assholes in that moment. JP is my favorite movie. Thank god I don't work there anymore, what a nightmare.
It's a 9/10 movie for sure, but perfect? No
It's almost a parody of the book, with a cartoon human cast essentially being window dressing/food for the obligatory dinosaur porn
Very good though
Also, one time those same two assholes were talking about not wanting to see BR2049, and I interjected and said I actually thought it was incredible, maybe better than the original. They just looked at me with blank stares. They were fucking plebs.
It's depressing how much the franchise went to shit with Jurassic World, the first 2 sequels were shit but still had something that made them interesting
It's great but starts to have pacing issues in the third act. The tension is absolutely gone by the time you get to the ice cream scene, well acted though it was.
These days even the best films still feel soulless. I would seriously, unironically, not even joking in the slightest, prefer watching JP 3 than any of the JW films
Yes, Spielberg's three 10/10 adventure movies are Jaws, Raiders and Jurassic Park.
Anyone who doesn't absolutely adore those three movies (like the cowokers of this user here ) is unironically a subhuman pleb.
AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
False, the CGI in “The Do Move in Herds” lessens the impact of the scene.
>the first 2 sequels were shit
user, you're mistaken. JP2 is a great movie and you should feel ashamed.
I love Jurrassic Park, but it really isn’t arguable that it pales next to Jaws and Raiders.
>contains prime laura dern
yes
Maybe you should rewatch it.
I have, and that’s informed my opinion. It’s really good, but those two are masterpieces.
Jaws
Jurassic Park
Close Encounters of the Third Kind
Indiana Jones
ET
The Terminal
Spielberg was a beast.
schlop schlop schlop schlop schlop schlop schlop schlop schlop schlop schlop schlop schlop schlop schlop
I never understood this criticism. Did it become mainstream after Nostalgia Critic or was it already prevalent before? I can totally see that line being uttered in a scenario like that. The scientist spent his whole life studying dinossaur bones and could only ever theorize and imagine how they behaved. When he finally sees them in real life he is amazed how he got it right all along. It actually makes quite an impact on me when he says it, like hes so proud his previous work actually was worth something as it was proven right. Why is it people make fun of this line?
>Jurassic Park
that's not Sister Act 2: Back in the Habit
>25 years old
>looked 40
What did they mean by this?
>Informed
affirmed?
nigga you illiterate. his current opinion was informed by his recent viewing of jurassic park. if it was affirmed by it then it implies he already had that opinion.
My girlfriend doesn't like Jaws or Indiana Jones and I'm pretty sure hasn't seen JP. She's way younger than me. I'm trying to figure out a way to break up with her but I doubt I'll find someone else.
I dunno, man, having a pleb gf is hard, but keep in mind women (at least attractive women) with taste in cinema or art are very rare.
>car dangling from tree scene
>poorly paced third act
>deus ex saurus
It's a no from me.
All she does is watch documentaries and Friends.
how is watching documentaries bad?
yes, yes it is
>All she does is watch documentaries
based, which ones?
>and Friends
cringe
It's not bad but most of the time it's murder documentaries.
false, but its the closest of any
how did i never notic that genarro's bare legs WTF
Murder documentaries is peak normie tv content.
9/10
Not enough Muldoon.
JP = TLW > JW > JP3 > JWE >>>>>>>>>>>>> MCU/NuWars
every single shot of this movie could be a poster or whatever to go on your wall. prove me wrong
Would have been perfect without that out of nowhere huge drop. And no, you can't explain it.
>Raiders
Fuck Raiders. It’s good but Temple of Doom is by far the best Indie movie and JP is better than ToD.
I was thinking he was so scared he actually started shitting when he hid, but I guess he was wearing shorts all the time.
No, the sound would probably be more like what a canoe would sound like being slapped down onto the water over and over again.
>PACHOOMP PACHOOMP PACHOOMP PACHOOMP PACHOOMP PACHOOMP PACHOOMP PACHOOMP PACHOOMP
>prove me wrong
when did spielberg go from being a kinofactory to making tripe?
There was a drop off on the other side of the street?
True. No real flaws.
that's a still you moron. and it's cropped as well retard.
Sorry this is incorrect.
kek I thought he was snorting something
True and Kino cars and building
After Munich.
A movie where all the charaters are instantly recognizable by their clothes alone.
The only dated cgi scenes are the sneezing brachiosaurus and a few shots of the raptors in the kitchen. Not gonna say the movie isn't perfect even the most arthouse of films have some technical imperfections what's important is that few movies are so mathematically perfectly paced.
>Jungle aesthetic > sandy Muslim aesthetic
>better girl
>short round
>Indie kicks the most ass in the franchise
Yeah I’m thinking I’m right.
For the record the stop motion scenes in Terminator or The Thing are absolutely lovable. If they can't blend in perfectly the effects should at least be pleasing to the viewer.
>You can't explain that
>worse girl
>jungle is boring
>annoying kid is annoying
