Just finished Picard. Wasn't that bad. The "good bye" moment in the season finale was really great.

The overall story arc was meh though. A lot of wasted potential and they need to hire writers who can actually write dialogues and decent character development and that shitty "milestone" writer room stuff. Stewart and all the other old actors did a decent job, though.

I don’t really care about all of the other weak plot points of the series. They are basically nonissues in the overall trek story.

With STP its clear they just filmed loads of different ideas then tried to make a story in the editing studio, the 7o9 scenes felt like a total add on, the 10minute crying scene at the end were top cringe, 10minutes of crying, sadness then, hey hi its me jean luc picard I'm back seconds after you were all sheading tears 10minutes ago.
