Nice blogpost junior.

lol get a load of this dipshit

It was legitimately traumatizing. Fucked me up for years

It's because it reminded them of what happened to their friends in 9/11

They basically copied Tsukiyomi from Naruto. That's Itachi's signature move.

I saw it when I was 12 and literally just closed my eyes for a lot of the scary scenes and hoped my friends wouldn't notice.

Thankfully all the heat was taken off my because one of the boys literally pissed himself during the deer scene. We still call him Pissboy. I wonder if it gave him a fetish for watersports.

I was 6

i have pants older than you

damn there's a lot of old ppl on Yas Forums...

what movie is this ?

Pretty sure middle one just ate the baby

no but playing project zero in the playstation2 after watching it did.

lol she drew a chalk circle around herself for protection

2002? I remember talking about it in my freshman year, which was 2001.

Mutt's law still going strong I see.

Women are people

still does

I once locked my little brother in the TV room while having that picture paused.
i still feel bad about it, its more than a decade ago though.

>convince my friend to watch this
>''it hasn't got any weird face shit has it i can't stand that
>totally forget about this scene
>no it hasn't i promise
sure i lost her trust but it was hilarious

I think everyone remembers this scene after watching kairo
probably the best "scare" scene in any horror film ever imo

what even happened to her though. how could her face have gotten disfigured

Great movie, Samara is one of the only movie monsters (if you can call her that) to have actually scared me

don't worry user, i started lurking at age 3 when the site was first created. :)

>watching the English version
not even trying to be pretentious but why would anyone do this? the original is pretty much always guaranteed to be better

You had to be there, zoom-zoom.

i hope that's not true because that's sad as hell

learn to stop spoonfeeding newfags

as awful as it was compared to the original in broader cinematic terms, it actually made me feel EXTREMELY uneasy
I had seen the ring about a dozen times by the time I watched the sequel, I was well into my twenties too
horror films never quite scared me although I would definitely get a little shakey if watching something alone with lights off
the ring sequel really fucked me up despite watching it with two friends in a semi-lit room
idk what it was about that movie, it just felt so damn HOPELESS, it really got under my skin

my dude, those feet are disgustingly terrifying tho desu senpai

I turned 20 in 2002. Young people shouldn’t be wasting their time and poisoning their brains with this shithole.

I've watched a lot of gook horror, and most of my favorite in the genre are from japan or korea, in fact I can probably count the hollywood horror I've seen (and at least faintly remember) on one hand
but I still think the verbinski ring is better than the original
there were far better japanese horror films than the ring but the remake is in a league of its own in terms of atmosphere

I was only 21 in 2002. Get out of here, old man.

Please stay home and don't go outside. Be safe against covid, grandpa.

I watched both and I think the english version was pretty good. i'm just making a general point. it was pretty cringey that the girl with the dragon tattoo was made into and english version, I thought. just watch the damn original. it's not that hard

She has a nice bottom.
