To be fair, the people listening to the speech by RFK were reasonable and dignified who had real and practical aims for which they'd prepared a mountain of public policy. I don't know about that. No one forces someone to commit crime, particularly violent crime. I will say that that the War on Drugs has been a disaster, especially for those casual users of marijuana. The way we treat people for marijuana possession is damn near criminal itself. But, with that said, it's a choice.
