The Distinction in my head is how they act, Jazz as many of the other Anons here have said, Jazz acts like a Drag Queen at best instead of acting like a woman, Noelle thinks he knows what a woman is likely going off of his slampig trailer park mum and clearly gets off on him looking more womanly.

I had empathy for them until I saw how spiteful and vindictive they all are. They can't stand to see others happy, so they will do anything in their power to try and bring misery to others.
