fat cop sitting on chair meme

>b...body?

Would he have gotten away with it if he had worn a hair net?

Attached: 1559181541312.jpg (760x581, 54K)

He would have gotten away with it if he didn't confess.

YOUR HAIR IS THERE

dont ever talk to police in an interview room without a lawyer

WERE YA MOLESTED, STEVEN?

Just yesterday i checked how he actually killed the girl. He chocked her and then used chainsaw to dismantle the body. But did he at least fugg her?

he used a tiny hacksaw

He literally just said "I don't know" for two hours.

It was after that interview. He confessed a bit later not on camera.

To be fair it was their apartment's dumpster, right? Of course his hair would be in there.

I don't know.

its perfectly fine to talk to the police as long as you haven't you know...murdered your neighbor and dismantled the body and left it in your trash can

Not talking to the police makes you look suspicious as fuck

>We found her body in a garbage bag
Kino reaction.

*HAYIR IS THEYER

Police will lie as much as they can to make you think they know you're guilty and confess. Deny everything unless they outright show HD footage of you clearly committing a crime.

body?

He shouldn't have said anything. Just by speaking you admit guilt

Any other kino interrogations

Why shouldn't he have said anything? So he could get away with it?

Getting a lawyer is an immediate sign of guilt. Don't do this.

DO YOU CLEAN YOUR UNDERWEAR STAYVUN

retard alert

No it's not. The court can't use "he got a lawyer" as evidence for guilt. Everyone who is accused of a crime has a right to a lawyer and they can't question that right.

t. police officer

Anyone who trusts the cops is a retard, like any other job they are an investment and have to present a return on that investment. Whether you are really guilty or not doesn't matter

>using the r slur
Yeah a jury is going to hang you dry.
Evidence doesn't matter. The jury knows the person is guilty and trying to weasel their way out of trouble with a lawyer. They WILL vote guilty you WILL get put in prison. Do NOT EVER get a lawyer under any circumstance.

>dude just prepare a legal defense on your own

If you have faith in the justice system and are not guilty you will not be shoved into prison. It's that simple. Anyone who tries to claim otherwise is a dindu.

What the fuck. Never talk to the police. Never agree to an interrogation/questioning without a lawyer. These people are NOT your friends. Unlike in canada, they legally CAN NOT proceed if you request your attorney.

>7
Spoiler: The police are not on your side, they work for the prosecution. If you tell the police something that totally exonerates you, they have NO obligation to pass that information on to the defence. Talking to the police CANNOT HELP YOU, there is a reason rich people literally never say a single word to them, this is the only smart move, even if you are innocent.

I've been watching a lot of those interrogation videos lately and a few of them were Canadians, it was weird to see them go "I want a lawyer" and the guy interrogating them just keeps chipping away

Alright, cop.
Maybe I should get a degree in law, so people don't have to listen to the advice of retards like you.

>Maybe I should get a degree in lying to the police so I don't get arrested for being a thieving nigger
Maybe you should stop getting into trouble. The police don't shove innocent people into the interrogation room. Stop trying to squirm your way out of the law's hand and do your time you fucking criminal.

good bait desu

>The jury knows the person is guilty and trying to weasel their way out of trouble with a lawyer.
By that rationale, if you stand a trial that means you're guilty as fuck because the police can do no wrong and state attorney can't prosecute an innocent man. Retard.

I can see why Japan is fucked, what a shame it's spreading to the rest of the rational world.

he's very convincing, if I didn't know it was bait I would totally take that advice

Chris Watts.

You're so fucking stupid it's unbelivable. Go ahead get a lawyer enjoy getting fucked up the ass by Tyrone you dense fuck. Only thing denser than you is the dick going up your ass every night.

tee hee

I give it a 6/10 ot was kind of cliche in my opinion.
>B-body
Who would actually say that?

K.

So we all know it's bait. But I can't tell if he's falseflagging, or if there's some passion behind it.

>Deny everything unless they outright show HD footage of you clearly committing a crime.

It's better to ask for a lawyer than to even deny anything. Even if you know you're innocent, if you're a suspect, the cops could not care less. They're not your friends; they just want to nail someone for the crime and you might just be unlucky enough to say the wrong thing.

Pure kino. And the police investigation tape too. I like the part where the tv commercial shows the fetus and skull sinking in oil, really good foreshadowing

Thank you,fren :D

The guy in Canada that rented a van and ran over a bunch of normies is a good example if you can find that vid online, invokes his rights immediately and the interrogator just ignores him completely and carries on until he gets a confession. Strange system to say the least

how hard is it to not murder someone?
for some reason this has always freaked me out because once you commit a crime there's no going back

Allegedly

Absolute incisive interrogation kino
Interrogator knew this psychopath didn't want his wife to feel embarrassed that he was concealing the burial locations and used that to get a confession.
No remorse or empathy for the victims or the victims families, just 'wife might lose some more social standing if i play games with the bodies'

That's a good interrogation too though, although I agree the leaf system makes no sense. That guy was telling the interrogator about Chads like they were a serious thing and not a silly meme. It was really weird to watch.

The interrogator will keep asking questions but you have no obligation to answer, people jut don;t realise they do not have to speak to the police, and ofc the police will never tell you thins. It is like when people let the police into their houses, the >implication the police give is that they have the right to enter and your consent is just a formality, when in fact you can just tell them to fuck off unless they have a search warrant.
