My gf works at a pharmacy and its constant cat fights, bickering, tattle taling, lying, shit talking behind each others backs while pretending to be best friends, and bullying. I didn't say it takes 10 years to figure it out. These guys probably spend a lot of time together for work and they probably get on each other's nerves over small stuff. It's very common in the music community. Most band members start out as best friends and hate each other by the end of it. It's the same with long term relationships which is why its important to have your own time and hobbies the doesn't include the other.
