All terrible, immoral people who never should've been allowed to make a movie. Liking these means you've completely lost your moral attachment to the real world and live inside the world of "culture appreciation", an ivory tower of pedophilia, irony, genuine low intellect and misbegotten elitism.

You who like these are the same fucker who smoke, wear doc marten boots, talk in twitter memes and hate your parents. You're disgusting and I hope you all die. You deserve to.

It's a shame that there aren't as many reviews as his old account

Le funny reddit man.

MOM

I just finished watching Abel Gance's Napoleon, I'm surprised how this film was made more than 90 years ago.

Have you guys watched any of Elias Querejeta's other productions? I liked El sur and Cria Cuervos, but there's a bunch there's a bunch more that didn't seem as interesting.

Gonna watch The Rain People, All That Jazz or The Last Movie later

Who pissed in your cornflakes?

Are hidden agendas in mainstream works /film/? The sound in this is childish on purpose, as a fuck you to the audience for not paying attention to the visuals.

Does that one user have a good link for all of Everybody Dies But Me? I can only find it out of order on YouTube with every scene listed as the first part

youtube.com/watch?v=xBva-hThcrw

Might have but I rarely pay attention to the producers, have you watched Spirit of the beehive documentary? There they speak about a film Querejeta made in response to Erice removing the planned intro of Spirit of the Beehive

Ok I just checked the documentary, Elisa, Vida mia is the film.

Can you suggest me a Scorsese film? I have watched

>Mean Streets
>Taxi Driver
>Raging Bull
>The King of Comedy
>After Hours
>Goodfellas
>Casino

I'm not interested in his flicks like The Wolf of Wall Street or Gangs of New York. I'm also not interested in his version of Silence (Shinoda's version is enough for me).

Last Temptation of Christ

Sounds like you've had enough. Watch more filmmakers.

Everyone hates Cocteau’s The Eagle with Two Heads because it owns the leftist anarchists and portrays them as ambitious power players in the service of the minister of police over an emotional vendetta with the Queen. It’s an elevation of the poet over political ambition with this moral fusion where he becomes a stand in for the king and falls in love with the queen. Also what’s really good about it is the poets own timidity and inner uncertainty in the face of cold materialistic goals being inflicted upon him by the politically ambitious. You can even see in the top reviews people complaining that the film isn’t ‘political enough’ and that’s it’s a film meant to ‘please everyone’ and not rustle up any feathers but it’s a complete mockery of the French leftists of the 50s and they hate it. The morality presented in that film IS my ideology. It is such a perfect display of moral logic and I think it’s so great how everyone hates it. It is the mirth ironic synthesis. It is so perfect

I don't even know if it is similar but with Pasolini's Jesus film, I don't care about any other adaptations or interpretations.

I'm afraid you're correct, I'm checking his other films and they seem to be mere hollywood flicks.

I do not care for Antonioni.

The Irishman.

I'm a big fan of Cria Cuervos.

Erice said was his best shot ever, it was a real and first reaction of Ana to the Frankenstein movie.

Haven't watched this one yet, I finished downloading it this morning so I'll probably watch it tomorrow.

His output is really inconsistent in quality. This dude on the other hand.

Buffalo is a good film?

Okay, that’s based.

>no Clifford
Shit image

if you're an hyperconsumerist, midget-minded American you might think it is "good".

This doesn't change his faggotry

>I don't care about any other adaptations or interpretations.
Wow I don’t even like the Scorsese film but that is an absolutely retarded approach to art in general.

He was the only man to ever see Setsuko without clothes, why would he care about other women?

>Best Kalatozov kinos

You already saw it. My favorite at least.

The Cranes Are Flying has to be one of the best 10 soviet/russian films of all time, easily.

I thought people here only memed it because of waifu bait.

You have to be American, mentally deranged or an incel to like it.

Nah it's a masterpiece.

Exclude Buffalo and replace it with Birth of the Nation and it would be perfect.
