1. The protag is already dead and therefore won't surprise us with anything. 2. She's not even a superhero, so no colorful fantasy comic-stuff, which is the main appeal of Marvel movies anyway. 3. Taskmaster is just another strong no-personality having human villain. Zero charisma and zero intrigue. 4. Black Widow is just gonna do the spinny ballerina shit that we've seen a trillion times already. Unlike the other heroes, she can't get upgrades or new powers because she's just a common thot.

I actually completely forgot she died. That's how little of Endgame I remember.
But yeah more than anything I think this is just Hollywood saying "Let's do one for the ladies, we'll sell it based on our sexy star that everyone loves and wants more of and is flagship to our franchise" but they don't realize that there's very little movie momentum post- Endgame and SarJo is pretty but definitely not the out-of-nowhere sexbomb she was when the put her on screen in Iron Man 2. Especially since she's supposed to be much YOUNGER than she was back then.
