How is the walking dead not losing ratings or been canceled?
How is the walking dead not losing ratings or been canceled?
Why don't the survivors at Alexandria and Hilltop make their own walker masks?
It is losing ratings. It has less viewers now than it did during the very first season. It was just so massive that even losing a huge chunk of its audience still puts it ahead of anything else on AMC.
I don't know, but I stopped watching it the moment the tiger nigger appeared. Haven't looked back since.
Why are there no zombie movies set in Europe? Or postapocalyptic european movies in general? Only one I know of is How I live now. Is it because postapocalyptic is a direct descendent of southern gothic?
Ben Shapiro's tweet there is living proof of how bad a writer he is; it should read "People who watch the Walking Dead are living proof of the sunk cost fallacy"
This guy is a chode but that's pretty accurate.
Anybody who could make it past the 2nd season and still want to waste a minute of their lives watching that garbage must be brain-dead.
It is. It just fell under 3m for the first time.
Isn't 28 days later set in europe? also shaun of the dead.
It's been a while since I watched it, but Dead Set was a pretty kino miniseries. Basically a zombie outbreak is happening while people are doing the Big Brother UK reality show - and it's MUCH better than it sounds like.
The general public has no guns which means whatever gang breaks into a military armoury first become the uncontested kings (presuming the actual army are all gone)
metoo
28 days later?
what's a sunk cost fallacy?
Because those are not made by Hollywood or US tv stations, hence you don't see them.
REC
basically when you've invested time and energy into something for a long while but keep investing despite a reduction in quality or return because you feel like if you stopped the initial investment would be a total waste
millenial leftists are gay as fuck, but Chapo reading excerpts from Shapiro's attempt at Tom Clancy intrigue fiction is really funny
When did you stop watching Yas Forums? For me it was when Carl died.
It's actually entertaining right now
I stopped watching it after the first season.
Just seemed to be going nowhere and didn't even provide any interesting social commentary on the human condition in a post-apocalyptic setting.
>REC
>shaun of the death
>28 days later
pretty much all the good ones are set in europe
what good zombie movie does america have? world war z? kek
Zombieland is the best zombie movie to exist and basically the superior SotD though
the next episode is actually gonna be fucking epic, it's finally happening
>Zombieland is the best zombie movie to exist
basedjaw.jpg
Rec infested are not zombies, they are demonhosts.
Because AMC is cheap and despite the decline in ratings it's still it's most profitable show and The only thing keeping the network relevant
When they killed Everybody Hates Chris
>>shaun of the death
days later
>Good
Eurofag delusions holy fuck
kys commie
>Not Return of the Living Dead
You are a faggot
Kinda like voting Republican
not anymore
what is it about these right wing jewish film reviewers? remember that woman who would give great movies 5 Reagans or whatever?
It's 40 minutes a week broken up into two 8 run blocks a year. Hardly that much to "sink" in. It's really not that deep, anyone that has an even passing interest in the show could easily invest that. Ben wastes 10x that amount a time a week on twitter.
I rewatched parts of the first 3 seasons recently and have to say, the character development was excellent. Where they fucked up was stretching it out too long and killing people off for retarded reasons.
He's massively understating it.
Watching TWD past season one is living proof that people are retarded.
I couldn't even FINISH season one. I couldn't even make it half way.
>I couldn't even FINISH season one. I couldn't even make it half way.
Now you're just trying to be contrarian. Season 1 was universally liked, it's great television. Everything after that is shit though.
That and the fact it has literally has no pay-off. It seems like it's going to go on forever so there's zero tension and zero resolution. It's endless cycles of
>meet survivors
>set up community
>bad guy attacks community
>groups either breaks up OR groups stays together
>either way the defeat bad guy
rinse and repeat a thousands times.
Are you retarded? Go look up what the sunken cost fallacy is and then maybe you'll understand the tweet.
>still watching this literal trash pile
I am not being contrarian. It was childish, derivative trash.
2:1 Cunt producer to nebbish jew producer with solely Nicotero injecting any amount of necessary genre necessities. Became a melodrama quickly (without executing even that) and the survival horror genre's popularity wasn't ever understood or implemented in a visually compelling way (aside from the routine season finales). Fear the Walking Dead had more versimilitude intitially at least, but then again, plot armour and 2016 'social commentary' (i.e. kill whitey, hot cougars can still pull yung dick, especially nigger dick) came to taint that too.
fuck it's all true
List of best zombie movies:
• Train to Busan
• Dawn of the Dead (2004, Snyder remake)
• Night of the Living Dead (1968, Romero)
• 28 Days Later
• World War Z
• Zombieland
• Shaun of the Dead
• REC
>4x America
>3x Europe
>1x Asia
and it's a fallacy because whatever you invested in the past (money, time, energy) should not be relevant for your future decision whether to continue investing. your past investment is gone and wont come back, it is irrelevant now.
Huh, it's rare to see a rec list here anymore that is not awful, but most of these are actually legit good.
Just wait until it's dry and start a huge forest fire in the forest where the Whisperers are camping.
Posting on Yas Forums in a nutshell.
What is happening? I stopped watching once Rick left.
delet
Mostly the same, but watched the finale after his death, and then the episodes leading to Rick's death. Ill watch Negan/Michonne highlights on youtube till the movie happens
Negan cuts Alpha's head clean off. One of the most iconic moments barring Glenn's death and Abe's crossbow bolt to the eye.
Mind sharing some basic demographic details about yourself? I'd just like to know what sort of retard has the stamina to remain invested in this show past season 2.
I watched up until the 9th season, im pretty sure they wouldn't allow more than 2 black men in the main cast at once, once a 3rd one cane along,1 gets killed off.
Oh they are there? Pretty based.
Shit man you sure got me.
That was a serious request.
when rick forgave negan, like one million episodes trying to kill the fucker and in the last second he pulls a "if I kill my enemies they win" shit.
>Fag shapiro
Cringe
Jesus thats still on? I watched it and decided it was pure trash when I was about 20 maybe? Thats ten years ago....
I remember there was a scene where they were arguing about whos turn it was to do the washing up or something super gay and I was suddenly very aware that there was a distinct lack of zombies in this zombie series.
