I like that there are new movies, even if I didn't love all of them. What I don't like is making all the comic books, novels, and cartoons the same level canon. As soon as they said they would do that, I had a feeling they would rely too much on telling the story through the extended media rather than the actual films, which is exactly what happened.

I like the explanation behind Sith using red lightsabers. Fallen Order was pretty decent although the story is hard to follow up on despite the loose ends. Kylo Ren is halfway there to being a good character. Soule's Vader series is one of the better Star Wars comics out there, EU or otherwise.
