I just want to know before I even try, is Mandalorian any good? At all? I enjoy the original star wars, the prequels to a degree, and games like kotor. The only EU book I read was Shadows of the Empire. I kind of enjoyed Episode 7, but the rest is history and you know why. So have any of you actually enjoyed it?

Even if you don't like Star Wars, don't care for it or even straight up never watched a single piece of Star Wars media, it's at least definitely above average and pretty self-explanatory.

It was always going to be a television series, just because you can edit the plot important episodes into a movie doesn't mean it's a movie.
It's a decent show, definitely the best thing Disney has produced with Star Wars. You'll enjoy your 5 hour marathon, but you will ask yourself "why did X do Y" or "why doesn't X do Y" a lot.
Watchable. Nothing incredible, some good moments, some boring. No politics. Just a guy who accepted the wrong bounty and has to deal with the consequences.
Some interesting approaches like the AT-ST beast. I quite like the mandalore culture. Catchphrases but well done.
The secondary characters are very good and help carrying the show.
Some will REEEEE about some elements of the show but do not listen to them. They are retards. The alien, the guild master and the Moff are quite good. And yes there’s a lot of non whites, many are great characters, and it’s not a problem at all, unlike in the witcher.

It’s not like she is humiliating him, she can just fight him, since the duel ends as a draw. And Mando is not a pit fighter. As for the forgemaster, she isn’t depicted as an impossible superhero, just the elder heir of a warrior tradition killing grunts in an ambush scenario.

It has incredible cinematography, production design, and action. It leans hard on the western and samurai flick influences of Star Wars and thats cool. But its characters are flat and the story is very meandering and kind of boring. It settles for being a guided tour of familiar Star Wars imagery without really trying for anything special or unique.
I like it. Reminds me of low-budget 70s tv sci-fi. Watch the first three episodes and decide for yourself. Episode 4 is generally considered the weakest.
