If you mean like mixed into the mud I don't remember ever seeing any blood at all during Nedry's death scene. Not on him/the car nor during the shot with the mud covering the barbasol can. Probably just Mandela effect. There are a lot of them in JP1. People remember the t-rex sticking its head through a hole in the wall in the final visitor's center scene room. My guess is because they also played the genesis game as a kid and they mixed the memories together.

One, he's not his son. Two, the books expanded on this more. Basically Nedry bid on making the system, then Hammond kept adding requirements after the fact, but the way the contract was worded, Nedry basically was on the hook to keep making the changes.

This was definitely the intended implication showing the can get covered in mud, but it's also something I could see modern remakeWood fucking up and taking the wrong way. It wouldn't surprise me if in some future installment, someone gets a hold of that can and it becomes a macguffin, despite the fact the embryos would have gone bad a day after the events of the first movie.
