DVDs really were great for them. a lot of time theyd have blooper or cast interviews, the commentaries were always really fucking good to watch/listen to. I know family guy gets a lot of hate but i got the dvds when i was quite young, and i went through the dvd commentaries the other day and theyre very interesting.
