ChibWho's worst crime is that it's bland and devoid of any feeling, passion, or soul.
The companions are basically robots, they have no personality, you can switch them up.
The Doctor is the epitome of bland.
The music is just moody noises.
The monsters are nothing.

I actually like the idea of a whole series with two Doctors pulling a kind of good cop bad cop dynamic, but 10 and 13 seem like the absolute worst pairing for that. You know they'd both just be irritatingly chipper and impressed by each other. Maybe if they make it metastasis 10, having taken a much darker turn.
