nominally it's because he's part of the wypipo alliance, which is why the rest of the house is fine with the backdoor, but chris seems to actually want it because he wants maddie to himself

I liked chris/michael/sheldon/kyle, first two are fucked unless something blows up, last two will do well and probably mobilize against each other by the midgame
