JOEY SHOULD HAVE WON
FUCK YOU MARIK
Yas Forums shall know pain !
Every season gets worse and worse
Wait do people actually think there is a better duel than this? Lmao
>Yugi/Kaiba
>Yugi/Strings
>Yugi/Kaiba/Dartz
>Yugi/Atem
>Yugi/Joey (either)
>Yugi/Rafael
>Kaiba/Pegasus
There's a lot of kino duels throughout the show user.
is there a way to watch yugioh with all the retarded card games cut out? the plot is actually very interesting but the merch selling advertisement blocks my interest
Kaiba vs yogi on top of the tower was better
I have the same question, but the exact opposite.
Support when?
Is strings the one where Yugi made him run out of cards?
Zane vs Yubel was the best duel in the whole series
Dude the card games ARE what the plot revolves around.
My favorite duel is the one between Yami and Kaiba in the Battle City finals.
Dungeon dice monsters was the best.
I liked bakura vs yugi on the battle city.blimp
>best duel
>pegasus
fuck off
Jaden vs Atem was the best
>Fixes the card game
>Destroys the anime
What did Japan mean by this?
Spellbooks or Blue Eyes?
>Dude the card games ARE what the plot revolves around
Wrong. The card games are a vehicle for the plot.
Jokes aside, pic related is the best duel of all time.
>AHHHH SETO SAVE ME!!!
>What is Yugi vs Strings
>What is GX Kaiser vs Jesse
>What is 5Ds Dark Signer Arc
>What is ZEXAL Yuma & Kaito vs III & IV
>What is Arc-V Shun vs Sora
Y U G I
B O Y
I'm sad the duel between Jaden and the literal embodiment of Darkness felt so lackluster.
God Neos was completely unnecessary after he copied Neosphere.
How did it fix the card game? I've barely been paying attention in the past 10 years, I just noticed that when xyz and synchro monsters got introduced, it looked ridiculously complicated.
ULTIMATO PHOTON
STRREEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAM
Now you can just summon anything and have 5 cards per turn. It'll be great for the first 5 sets and then it'll go downhill like every TCG in existence.
Wrong
>Battle City finals
the final was against marik
Is The Dark Side of Dimensions good?
Semi-finals are finals too you know.
???
Anyone else think the show lost something after Duelist Kingdom? Battle City and Millennium World are still good but there's just some magic to the DK arc for me
Objectively the coolest card, from one of the coolest battles.
Idk if the Noah saga gets shat on, the battle with the Five businessmen was pure kino
MARRIK STOP THIS NONSENSE
Well, to follow the plot, you must read the manga and/or watched the show. Note: DSOD is a sequel to the manga, not the anime.
Number 2 goes to...
those designs are ass
>Dude just fuse a Lv8 Ritual Monster with a Lv12 Fusion Monster to make another Level 12 Fusion monster with 500 more ATK
no it wasnt, your taste sucks
>yu-gi-oh abridged will never be finished
yes
Anybody else have this as a kid?
The only correct answer
youtube.com
>Abridged episodes are now longer than the actual episodes
>Now you can just summon anything and have 5 cards per turn.
That's completely fucking retarded, at least when Synchros first came out it was still hard to put the on the field.
>combining black luster soldier + blue eyes ultimate dragon
>only gets a 500atk boost
what a waste
>Arc-V hit both the highest high and the lowest low in the franchise
>Like the oscillation of a Pendulum
Holy shit bros..... was it kino?
Yeah, though I can't point out what, since I know it's not nostalgia, due to feeling it back when it aired as well. Most people feel the same about Pokemon, which I agree with, though I thought some came back with Diamond and Pearl (the show) - it's been shit for the past 10 years, though.
It's retarded how the characters in every new season have to be 10 years old, despite the majority of fans being way older than that. Same thing with Digimon; they piss away $10 million on an anime nobody cares about and then start rehashing the first season with reboots, etc.
alternate win conditions are based
Well the Duelist Kingdom arc was uniquely magical. The rules were way more hazy and let you do shit like fuse a zombie to another monster to weaken it, or attack a field spell with a monster, or multiply out a thousand Kuribohs to overwhelm the effect of "Thousand Eye Restrict." And this was happening all while the plot of the arc was kicked off by a supernatural videotape that stole Grandpa's soul.
Subsequent arcs clean up the logic and more clearly ground the source of weird magic powers, but also gets the cast more clearly set into the character archetypes they represent.
They're desperate to catch children with it so they can consoom Duel Links on their phones, jewgioh TCG is dying a faster death than MTG cause only oldfags play it like you said.
I like how chaotic and bullshit the original series was
Yusaku was effectively a young adult and a boring fucking robot. Yuya was effectively a middle schooler and this board sucked his cock and begged him to hatemurder his opponents. The age of the characters has nothing to do with their writing and characterization.
It's genius. See those level 5 normal monsters? They can do things now.
>this board

Was is cool though yes or no? Yes or no?
That user is talking about 'Rush Duel.' It's a unique format with its own cards, separate from the OCG. It's balanced around unlimited Normal Summons.
Kaiba vs Siegfried was my fav duel desu.
Yes. Very.
It does everything a nostalgia sequel after many years should do. Normal Yugi keeps his character growth and has grown into his own man.
Since I haven't been in elementary school for 16 years, it seems hard to gauge the popularity of Yugioh, since searching online is of course only going to show people who are into it. How do kids even find out about Yugioh now? I'm in Canada where the airing schedule has always been pretty inconsistent.
I had shampoo with dark magician girl on it
crunchyroll probably
Absolutely soulless designs
